They got my replacement phone to me the next day and to swap the data was pretty easy. Had a hard time resetting phone cause screen was completely damaged but talked to their techs and he helped reset it. Overall pretty easy to deal with and tech was great help.

My vpn quit working and I got on the chat. The agent took me step by step, explaining how to do each step and she got it fixed.

My problem with my phone was handled quickly and without issue. This is worth having and paying for, replacement phone in a few days no hassle.

Was easy to get my claim made because of talking to the live expert I had issues before but now my claim is made because he did it for me. Very satisfied

At the Macon you Break it I fix it store I took my IPhone to be fixed for a screen that was broken. Tristen and Jayden were so nice and helpful. They answered all my Tech questions and they were great at estimating when I could bring my device in and when I could pick it up! I am so Thankful for Jayden and Tristen. Nice guys and knowledgeable too.

I've had a few claims over the years, always great service but used to take a while. Not this time! Claim creation was a breeze! Dropping off my phone and picking up was just as easy! 2 days flat! AMAZING! I've been a customer for over 20 years and will continue to be. Keep it up!

It was an ordeal but Joy made it more tolerable! I would recommend her to anyone. Not the easiest way to get the issue resolved. I much prefer direct telephone assistance.

The associate "Trix" was easy to follow. She answered my questions in a timely manner. I wasn't rushed, & she resolved every question I had about managing my new Verizon phone!
