Life has been busy and I have not had a chance to open up my new replacement phone to swap data, but today was my last day to send out my old phone. My post office closed an hour ago and Normel was able to offer me an extension to send my old phone back. In addition to assisting me with this, he was an excellent salesman in offering me additional protection for my home devices, although I declined at this time.
I have a cordless weed wacker with the metal/steel blade attachments. I bought it from Amazon in September of 2024. I charged the batteries for this season, and was hoping to start getting my yard in shape. To my surprise, and great disappointment it didn't work. I tried multiple times, changed to the other battery in case there was a connection issue, and it didn't work. I bought the Asurion extended warranty, and contacted them. I did my claim through their live chat. It was a great experience! I provided the representative with all the product information, brand, date of purchase, Asurion order number, verified address etc. The representative took care of it while on the chat. I will be getting a voucher to replace my weed wacker. I can't wait, this weed wacker was a beast! Light weight, and could go almost every thing with the interchangeable blades. I hope this helps.

I was about 8 miles from my home but in an adjacent small town and the repair lady came to where I was on a very stormy day and fixed my phone in no time. Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
