My telephone screen would not open on my 7 month old phone. I could hear that I was receiving messages, texts, etc., but I could not swipe the screen open.
I called Asurion, recited the two sentences stated above. I was referred to the proper personnel. They verified the model of phone I had. Their immediate solution was to send me a new phone, free of charge. (I do have insurance)The entire encounter was about 10 to 15 minutes.
I called on a Friday night, and my phone arrived Monday morning! I'm very pleased with Asurion.

I have had Asurion on my cell phone for years. When it started not holding a charge and hanging up on calls, I was going to purchase a new phone. My carrier advised me that I could get a replacement at no cost. When I called Asurion I was informed that I could get an upgrade on my phone not just a replacement. It cost me nothing and I received my new phone within 2 days via UPS 2 day air. I am very pleased with Asurion and I transferred coverage to my new phone incase of another mishap. It is well worth the monthly cost compared to having to purchase a new phone.

I paid a $99 deductible to get a phone replacement. I was sent a bad phone. The speakers did not work in the phone was sent. Then I had to go through the process of getting another one sent to me. It was a nightmare I think that you should test your phones before you send them out to customers

The agent helping me was Andrew and he was very friendly and helpful. I may have been a little long winded but he helped me set up my new phone after having to try several different things. Never had a better interaction with someone over the phone. Hope y'all take care of this guy he's a gem.
I did not set up my new phone correctly because the apps did not come over, I do recall the phone asked me to do an update, that never seem to complete that. That interruption must have confused me to select the correct process and my new phone was without apps. After hours of trying to load apps with my passwords etc. I decided to contact the free help. Maria convinced me to start over and gave me excellent step by step instructions in order to get my apps transferred. I appreciated her patience because this took quite a few minutes. The apps seemed to be on my new phone and I am anxious to see if everything works as well as learn the new applications and capabilities of my new phone. Bob

Getting the phone replaced was a seamless experience. Trying to get support after receiving the phone is AWFUL! Spend 2 hours trying to connect with someone to help us and just kept getting transferred to ultimately end up where I started. I still have not received the support I need.
I went online and put in a claim for my phone fully expecting a long drawn out process online and then probably mail and then over the phone, but nope. It was so easy! I answered the questions, and they shipped out a replacement phone right away.
My phone feels like new now that the screen ink is no longer visible. Touch screen works better and now... I can do things such as ordering a pizza π

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
