I have been without a phone... it would not turn on and I've been working with others trying to get it to let me in... no go. Until Daniel. He was very polite, professional and waded through all the problems I kept throwing at him until he came up with a solution on how to get the stubborn phone to let me in.
He deserves a raise, a corner office, a gold watch and anything else you can think of to give him for his expert help.

My screen was cracked and I couldn't use the lower part of my phone. The gentleman who came by (Vincent) was super helpful and quick to get my phone fixed!

All in all very smooth process. I am very familiar with the phone systems, so that made it easy also. David was great in mentioning the Airplane Mode vs powering off the phone to have it reregister. As I had already powered phone off and on once for registration.
