I've been trying to file a claim on a laptop under my HomeTech Protection Plan, which I enrolled in on 4/23/25 (I have confirmation email and text message). There is no option to file a claim on the website or by calling the *******170 number. I finally chatted with a rep who I thought was an Asurion rep, but it turned out she was an AT&T rep and couldn't help me. This has been going on for three days and I still can't file a claim. There is no way to reach a rep with Asurion, either by phone or on the website.
I had one question in filling it my insurance claim. And it was answered fast and prompt. Thank you.

Up until a week ago I was unaware of the tech van option for phone repair, I thought wow HOW COOL! Setting the appointment/opening the claim was a breeze! My tech arrived promptly at 3 pm which was the beginning and of my window so I thought that was great again, he always gave me an hour notice before arriving. Upon arrival he was very knowledgeable about the repair I needed as well as the Home Health Manager. He repaired my phone swiftly & I am very happy! It's like I went & got a brand new phone today. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
