My two sons are on a Verizon Account I had set up 12 years ago and now that they both work they are still on this account. I always had an Asurian Protection plan for them and one Son had an issue with his Samsung Phone, so he went to wherever he purchased it at and got another Samsubg Cellular phone just like the one he liked even the same model. He paid a difference for his new phone which was sent to him and he sent the old one back to them. He is very gratefull and happy. I received amessage for me to turn off something on my I-phone or be charged $300.00. The problem was both my sons live together and I had no Access to his phone. So I logged on to Verizon and did a live Chat with a Very Helpfull Man and he did help me out Tremendlessly.
Needed to activate a replacement device and it was smooth as silk.

My 89 year old mother's flip phone came apart at the hinges. Asurion immediately sent a replacement the next day with instructions on sending back the broken phone. We had the phone 10 months and was thankful we were under warranty.

Worked with Romeo from Verizon to set up my new iPhone 16. It was NOT easy! He was so patient and helpful. Wonderful to have his assistance. He helped to solve all issues and now my iPhone has all my pictures and contacts etc. Email was also an issue he helped resolve. Got to him right away and he stayed on the phone chat with me the whole time. GREAT!
I reached out to Asuron at 5:20 AM in the morning just to find out information about how to make an appointment for a device evaluation. The agent actually answered the text immediately and gave me all the information I need to make an appointment! I was so impressed by the outstanding Customer service, especially compared to Verizon's Customer service, which has a lot to be desired! Such a comfort to be able to speak to a person right away without waiting for 15 to 20 minutes

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
