I used the chat function today and yes it was quick, easy and quite polite I think I got an answer but I left the conversation without what I believe is a "definitive answer". The chat said my 3D printer was covered but then came back and said that the home electronics department would need to handle this claim. So I'm just as confused now as when I first contacted asurion. Guess I'll now make a call to the home electronics department with my fingers crossed.
Asurion and Mr. Jose Esteban did a fantastic job assisting me and helping with the trouble I was having with my device. He was such a pleasure to talk to, he was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Asurion hired an excellent agent. I really and truly appreciate him and Asurion.

I was moving from an Iphone 12 to an Iphone 16-plus and trying to do it myself. There were some initial problems with my number not showing up with Verizon. I think the first tech took care of that, but then we timed out or something and I had to start over with IvanPaul. He was great and walked me through the setup. Like most people, my phone contains so much personal and business information, so I had a lot of anxiety about losing it. But, it all worked out great and IvanPaul was very patient with this grandmother, who is not tech savvy.

It was a simple process. I pay for insurance if something happens they cover. Thats what happened. Asurion has the claim process online so I didnt speak with anyone. But the place they sent me to was amazing.
The asurion agent provided me with wonderful customer service. He was very friendly and very helpful
I submitted a claim on line for an issue with my phone(green screen). It was easy to make an appointment online, it only took a couple minutes to schedule. The response was very quickly and within a couple days my phone was fix. The only downside is that you still have to pay a deductible, even though you are paying 17 dollars monthly. Overall their service was great.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
