Open a claim online, recieved a call to let me know they were ready for it, went to the store and in about an hour the phone screen was replaced with an original part so it wouldnt cause problems later.
Our service tech was Tony. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and sincere. I believe he went out of his way to help us and make it a great experience. Would highly recommend Tony for your service needs.

Today I submitted a claim to Asurion at the phone store. I provided all of my information and payment, and their website and the phone store said they would send someone "same day delivery and expert setup". The time window came and went. We had to keep our toddler up late in order to make that happen. After we called to ask them what happened, and after waiting half an hour and going through all the prompts and confirmation junk, they said that the claim did not go through, even though we have confirmation numbers by text and email. Now they say they will snail mail a replacement and it will take three more days, I will have to do the setup myself, and then I have to immediately send it back or I face a $300 charge. This on top of the monthly fees and $229 deductible. Terrible and inexcusable service.
My phone screen cracked and the tech was very easy to work with. He took my information and I was out of there within 5-10 minutes. My phone was fixed within an hour and everything works great! I hope I don't have to repair it again but if I do, I will be retuning to the same location.
This company makes it hell for you to file a claim and get reimbursed. I purchased the warranty for a pair of swimming goggles I bought from $#*!s and submitted a claim when the plastic clip for the strap broke.
I had to submit several forms with detail about the goggles, the store and even the cash register that was used for me to make the purchase. That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard back from them. I called twice and still no resolution.
THEIR STRATEGY IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEM MAKE IT AS PAINFUL AS POSSIBLE TO GET REIMBURSED WHEN THE PRODUCT THEY INSURER IS DAMAGED. IF THIS IS WHAT I WENT THROUGH FOR A PAIR OF SWIMMING GOGGLES, IMAGE WHAT YOU WILL GO THROUGH FOR A HIGHER PRICED ITEMS LIKE A IPHONE OR COMPUTER. IF YOU BUY AN ITEM AND THE SALES CLERK OFFERS YOU WARRANTY BY THIS ASURION MY ADVICE IS DO NOT PURCHASE IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT

We dropped off our PS5 to get repaired, the port was broken. READ THE SMALL PRINT they "opted" to keep our product and reimburse us. They are trying to give us $344 which they say is "fair market" for a PlayStation5 disc version. I asked for the PS5 back because I would rather have that than the money and try to fix it somewhere else BUT they took it! They said it is salvaged (I am sure they sold it and made a bunch of money) going to lawyer. I never gave them permission to take it if the teapot didnt work. The PS5 worked and everything(turned on etc) the port needed to be replaced.

I with good faith bought the Asurion home plus plan at the UbreakIfix store after a tech sold me on the wonderful benefits that were a lie. I was promised that if any technology device is broken and I purchase the plan, they will repair or replace the device if they can not fix it. My Ipad Pro 12.9 inch cellular device suffered a screen crack and apparently the frame had been bent thereby making the device unrepairable. As instructed by the manager at the store, I filed a claim and 24 days later I'm told that there will be no replacement afterall but they will only offer me a "Fair Market Buyout/ Reimbursement" of $344!
This is after the $100 deductible and the monthly fee. A complete waste of time, money and good faith!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
