My cell phone suddenly stopped booting up with a black screen. I thought it wasn't charging and the ATT store staff suspected it was the battery. They referred me to Asurion Protection Services where Mike suspected the problem was actually the screen. After testing things he found it was the screen. In a short time he had it fixed. He was pleasant and informative. I would definitely go back there and would recommend the shop on Liberia to anyone.
They came to my home and fix the cracked screen within 15 minutes. It was so fast and easy. I would highly recommend buying the insurance. It's worth it!
The customer service here is spot on. Patricia was friendly, personably and went well out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with my phone repairs. In a time where it's so hard to find good employees, this establishment found a great employee. They did a fantastic job on my phone repair and I was able to get my phone back just a few hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend this phone repair establishment. 10/10
Impossible to get someone on the phone. No one can give you an answer. Tried 5-6 times submitting a claim and could not get it to through, imagine that. Scam of a company
I put in a claim and received a replacement phone the very next day which BTW was a Saturday. It was super easy to clean my broken phone out and put on the replacement phone. Instructions were excellent.
My samsung s20-fe screen was smashed and they had a new frame and battery included in repair. When I walked in had no idea my battery was swollen popping back off case so just in time. Quick and professional phone came back nearly new.

Shattered screen, not functioning, $29 deductible, same day service, 2 hours, brand new screen/shell, didn't have to backup or transfer anything. Highly recommend.
It was all online and very easy to get through the process of reporting a lost phone and getting a replacement phone in just 2 days, and it only took literally minutes to get through the process thank you for the very pleasant experience
Upon calling asurion I was greeted with a snarky hello. Throughout the call I tried to explain my problem and they were very unhelpful. They started yelling at me and called me stupid. I hate this company and you should hate them too. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

I've used Asurion before and they never fail. From starting a claim to a repair or replacement, they are always honest and accurate. If I need to speak to someone, the CSR is always polite, courteous and friendly.
Quick and easy to schedule an appointment, options if you prefer same day services or if you prefer scheduled. You could choose to meet at a specific spot or your home. Great service! I had the pleasure to be helped by Trinidad and they were amazing! Sweet, punctual and easy to talk with, plus they were super fast with making the repairs. Would definitely recommend!
