I did something super dumb and was unable to use my phone the Asurion tech was amazing and got everything working in minutes
My device stopped functioning for a day and I placed a claim that was handled right away. Then the following day my device suddenly started working again so I cancelled the claim, which was handled quickly also. The process is handled quickly and professionally> I would recommend Asurion protection for all purchases that warrant protection especially electronic devices
Norman was the tech who helped me and what an amazing 5 job he did. I don't change phones often so it had been awhile since my last phone. Norman walked me through everything step by step simple and easy. No hassles and anything that didn't match with what he said "I should see" was easily handled. Customer service needs more Normans he was Great.

I have dealt with asurion once or twice in the past but a little bit more but now that I purchased a lot more items on Amazon and having that a protection makes a big difference on what I buy. They definitely stand behind their insurance policy and they do pay out their claims. Thank you for being an upstanding company I highly anybody to get the monthly protection if you buy a lot of items off Amazon.

As an owner of a painting and pressure washing business. Purchasing equipment gets extremely expensive and things break down constantly. When it was my turn, I was treated professionally, and was completely satisfied and impressed with the fact that she, the tech, made me feel welcomed, and within about 5 minutes, took possession of my device and gave my an approximate time when the repair would be done. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
