Purchased a Asurion 3 Year Warranty on one of my products and they were very easy to work with and quick to get my claim resolved, especially on a Sunday evening.

On June 10th, 2025, I called and made a claim on AirPods. The lady that helped me made it too easy for me and made it feel like a breeze. On June20th, Edward was the rep I had and I wanted to follow up with the AirPods. Come to find out there was no claim or anything to track this. Edward took care of me, was very apologetic towards the situation, and went above and beyond to get my claim going. Great job Edward!

I had a defect in a garden hose and I had purchased the warranty through Asurion for this item. The claims process was easy and after answering a couple questions, they reimbursed me for the defective item.
I LOVED that the technician was able to come to my house! It was soooooo convenient and soooooo time efficient. The repair was 25-ish minutes. The technician took my phone to his van and did the repair on the spot. I scheduled the appointment about 5 days prior when I took my phone to the Verizon store and they asked if I wanted a technician to meet me at my work or home or wherever. I never knew about this phone repair option, but I am a big fan of it. EXCELLENT!

It was my pleasure to finally be connected with Dan to help me with chase bank and zelle. He went above and beyond to try and get the problem solved and talked to them also so I could get the money from zelle. They kept giving me the run a round but Dan stuck with me thru it all and it was my honor to have him help me. Give that man a raise for all he did and kept me calm when I wanted to blow up on them. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
