Great Customer Service

On June 10th, 2025, I called and made a claim on AirPods. The lady that helped me made it too easy for me and made it feel like a breeze. On June20th, Edward was the rep I had and I wanted to follow up with the AirPods. Come to find out there was no claim or anything to track this. Edward took care of me, was very apologetic towards the situation, and went above and beyond to get my claim going. Great job Edward!

BEST phone repair EVER!

I LOVED that the technician was able to come to my house! It was soooooo convenient and soooooo time efficient. The repair was 25-ish minutes. The technician took my phone to his van and did the repair on the spot. I scheduled the appointment about 5 days prior when I took my phone to the Verizon store and they asked if I wanted a technician to meet me at my work or home or wherever. I never knew about this phone repair option, but I am a big fan of it. EXCELLENT!

Claim Experience was TOP NOTCH!

I was able to chat with the representative fairly easily because I was doing a claim internationally, and the only way the claim could be submitted was through the customer service REP.
I was extremely satisfied with the knowledge of Marry and she was able to fully submit and get my claim approved in minutes! Truly outstanding.
We in the military truly are grateful for the support such as this.

MY DAY STARTED OUT REALLY BAD BECAUSE I DROPPED MY PHONE AND THE SCREEN WENT OUT, BUT ASHLEY AND NICK CAME TO THE RESCUE AND TURNED RAIN INTO SUNSHINE. MY PHONE WAS REPAIRED WITHIN A FEW HOURS. Help by Dan with tech

It was my pleasure to finally be connected with Dan to help me with chase bank and zelle. He went above and beyond to try and get the problem solved and talked to them also so I could get the money from zelle. They kept giving me the run a round but Dan stuck with me thru it all and it was my honor to have him help me. Give that man a raise for all he did and kept me calm when I wanted to blow up on them. Thank you Dan I hope I have the pleasure of getting you for any problems I may have in the future
