It was so hot out. We were offered water, given a timeframe for return and it was done on time. So amazing
I was dealing with harassing phone calls on my child's phone. Chelsea on chat was quick, helpful, very sincere, and fixed the problem. Im so thankful as its very frustrating to get calls/texts from ghost numbers threatening to harm and take your child. I know its teens being bored and dumb, but still frustrating to be woken up in the middle of the night until I turn the phone off. Thank you Verizon for helping us! Now just need to be able to trace them easier.

The 12 Volt dual zone fridge/freezer I purchased in April of 2022 died earlier this year. I had purchased the 3 year extended warranty when I bought it on Amazon. I returned it in April of this year for repair, and just found out that it is not repairable. I got ahold of Asurion via Chat, and discovered that the return was approved. Now, I can get another dual zone fridge. I did purchase a large cooler from Walmart in the meantime, but that is to be expected when you are waiting to hear back from a repair facility. Excellent customer service by Asurion. I'll definitely recommend it to everyone.

AFTER DAMAGING MY PHONE (WATER DAMAGE) I CALLED ASURION TO REPLACE MY IPHONE 13 PRO MAX. I SPOKE WITH AN AGENT FOR 10 MINUTES AND RECEIVED MY NEW PHONE THE NEXT MORNING AT 10AM---i WAS SO HAPPY. I went on a trip with my daughter. Her phone went was knocked and went down the elevator opening. The screen was broken and it was not working. I called Asurion and had an appointment to have the phone repaired when we came home the next day. The representative was was helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
