Due to the heat wave Virginia is experiencing. My phone screen was fired. I went to Verizon to get it fixed. They sent me to youbreakifix and it was quick ( only two hours), I have waited many days at other store for phone fixes. Amazing customer service! If you do not have phone insurance through your phone company. It is only 1$ a day or 30 dollars a month! Worth the money!
As always, I was immediately greeted and with a smile. Situation handled and solved with confidence and knowledge. Couldn't have been a better experience. And in no way was I chided for having an "older" phone! Left after a short amount of waiting for a solution. Lucky me, the office is located a couple of blocks from my home. Don't move!
PS While waiting, I had an opportunity to ease drop on a phone conversation between a potential customer and the store technician providing instructions on how to reach the store. I observed an extraordinary amount of patience on behalf of technician who maintained a helpful attitude throughout.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
