I've somehow managed to crack my phone screen 3 times in the past few months (don't ask me how, I'd like to know too. I'm clumsy but not THAT clumsy) and each time they have come in clutch. I'm always able to make an appointment within a few days, and they show up with their van always within the first hour of my appt window and all I have to do is hand them my phone. It has also never taken more than half an hour for them to repair my phone. Granted if you have a more serious issue than a screen break it might take longer, but these guys are always efficient and good at their jobs! I've been so grateful to them and their service, and also the insurance plan we all thought we wouldn't be using lol.

Communication is not that great, my claims have been needing to be "under review" the rep will tell me to look out for an email from an adjuster with further instructions or details and I've NEVER received any emails from said adjuster. This has happened twice. I actually have to call after 24 hours to check up on them and see whether my claim was approved or not or if they needed any additional information. The first time my claim was denied and no one thought about notifying me. The second claim was approved but again NO ONE thought about notifying me. I had to reach out to asurion to get a direct answer regarding my claims. Communication is key!
On the claims that ARE approved I'd say they depend on the supervisor and their kindness. I've had to escalate several claims and some of the supervisors are jerks, yet the supervisors whose work ethic revolves around amazing customer service go above and beyond! I've been insured with asurion for over 3 years.
Professionà lism and experience well done with no problems and no hassles and not giving me the run around and straight to the point concerning my phone. My device only needed a battery replacement that it that everything will workout just fine and that my phone will be back to normal.
My phone was severely damaged on the 1st day of our family vacation. I was devastated, but I submitted a claim on 6/24/25. I had a new phone on 6/25/25! Asurion saved the day! I couldn't be more pleased! Incredibly easy process! I'm still blown away!

Asurion responded immediately to my request for reimbursement for a Sony MP3 waterproof device which was purchased one year ago and has stopped working. I received a shipping label to return the device and was assured that I would be reimbursed the original price when device returned. Was very pleased at how quickly this issued was resolved. I swim most days and download music and books to the MP3, so having a device that works is very important to me. I definitely recommend Asurion, as it will follow through on its commitment to reimburse for products that break while still covered by their insurance.

Iphone 15 promax was showing a green and white screen in monday am and i have recordings i couldnt lose. I needed phone fixed and from the minute walked in til left they assured me it would be ok and it was and helped with claim and fixed back to normal. Praise God. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
