Our tech D'Angelo, was so professional. He was very respectful and provided the most amazing experience. His customer service was beyond our expectation. This is our first time to experiencing having to get a phone serviced through AT&T who utilizes asurion. To be honest we were skeptical but after encountering D'Angelo we were comfortable, extremely grateful for the service he provided. The way he communicated every step and the expectation of the service, he is just a remarkable person. I wanted to write a review for Asurion because I'm genuinely impressed with their service. Submitting a claim is incredibly easy, and their representatives like Honey are outstanding. I no longer stress about buying expensive items because I know Asurion has my back. For example, my Microsoft Surface stopped working after 2.5 years, and they refunded me the full amount I originally paid. I was shocked in the best way! At first, I thought it might have been a fluke, but then it happened again: I filed a claim for two high-end monitors with a defective holder, and within minutes, I received a shipping label. Once I drop it off at UPS, they will issue a refund. It's fast, easy, and completely worth it. If you don't have Asurion, get it. You absolutely won't regret it!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
