My broken tablet

I called about my tablet when I called. They said that I didn't have any insurance because my insurance was switched over to insurance on all of my devices at one time is that it is one one individual device but the lady that I talked to was a very nice lady and she helped me straighten it out and she was able to get my replacement tablet and straighten out my insurance so I can go ahead and get my tablet. Voicemail app issues

I was not able to access voicemails using the app. Jenn was very helpful and walked me through the process and resolved the problems. I don't like using online chat features because they typically are not helpful but this was a great experience and I'll definitely use it again if needed.

My screen Replacement

As soon as I went in they got my account up, and had me put my phone in the maintenance program! I felt very secure and I appreciated that they gave mea time to pick it up and it was ready one minute before they said it would be ready! They were very nice. Very good experience I recomend getting AT &T's insurance. It was as I said a great experience thanks to AT&T Insurance

Came to my home

I'm with Verizon I have the $7 a month insurance. I shattered my screen and Asurion sent a tech out to my home the next day FOR FREE! He fixed my phone within 20 minutes and was gone! I'm extremely happy with this service!

Covered despite system error

The refurbished product I had covered was incorrectly listed as covered by the manufacturer's two-year warranty on Amazon's side, despite the seller only covering it for 30 days. Not sure if it was Amazon or the refurb company to blame here, but after speaking to Asurion's support my claim was approved despite the mistake in the system. Great service.

Easier than pie!

Filing a claim with Asurion is an easy experience, to say the least. Easier than pie! The chat feature is amazing and I was able to file a claim on a PC in short order, which can be nerve wracking for such a large-ticket item. I provided the necessary info and my claim was on its way. I've never had a problem filing a claim with Asurion. I have quite a number of warranties with them, and my home electronics are covered by them on a monthly plan. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I forgot to mention previously that my rep, Chelsea, also offered me a cool program called verizon home insurance or something like that, if i wasn't experiencing my current issues i definitely would have went for it. What a legend.
