As soon as I went in they got my account up, and had me put my phone in the maintenance program! I felt very secure and I appreciated that they gave mea time to pick it up and it was ready one minute before they said it would be ready! They were very nice. I'm with Verizon I have the $7 a month insurance. I shattered my screen and Asurion sent a tech out to my home the next day FOR FREE! He fixed my phone within 20 minutes and was gone! I'm extremely happy with this service!
The refurbished product I had covered was incorrectly listed as covered by the manufacturer's two-year warranty on Amazon's side, despite the seller only covering it for 30 days. Not sure if it was Amazon or the refurb company to blame here, but after speaking to Asurion's support my claim was approved despite the mistake in the system. Great service.
Handle on blower broke off while trying to start it. Contacted Asurion and it was automatically refunded and I was able to buy another blower the same day.
Filing a claim with Asurion is an easy experience, to say the least. Easier than pie! The chat feature is amazing and I was able to file a claim on a PC in short order, which can be nerve wracking for such a large-ticket item. I provided the necessary info and my claim was on its way. I've never had a problem filing a claim with Asurion. I have quite a number of warranties with them, and my home electronics are covered by them on a monthly plan. I wouldn't have it any other way.

The representatives at the UbreakIfix did a great job of fixing my phone and helping me through the process of who will pay for their service. It was the humans at that location doing their jobs that helped me rate my experience with Assurion as 5 stars.
Filed a claim online in early afternoon and had my phone the next day. The instructions provided by Asurion were fast, easy and seamless. There was no downtime and no trips to my service provider. I was up and running within an hour.
I forgot to mention previously that my rep, Chelsea, also offered me a cool program called verizon home insurance or something like that, if i wasn't experiencing my current issues i definitely would have went for it. What a legend.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
