Aquabot Elite pool cleaner with 3 yr Mfg warranty stopped working. I had purchased the Asurion +3 yr ext. Warranty from Amazon at the time I bought the cleaner. 7 weeks before the end of the 6 total year warranty, the cleaner abruptly quit working. Went on line w/Asurion to file claim and it was fast and painless. Asurion was able to quickly access the purchase info from 2019 and expedite the claim processing and approval while in the chat conversation.

So I filed a claim and was assigned a location to go get my screen fixed. Went the following day but the stores close at 7pm so there was not enough time for my phone to get fix due to me getting off work at 5pm and took me 45 minutes to get there so I left. The next day I received an email because I guess they realized it would be difficult for me to do it during the week and offered to come to me. I took the offer and boy why didn't I do that in the first place. I literally live 5 minutes from work received a text that they were 15 minutes from my home left work within 5 minutes when I got home tec drove up and was amazed how fast my phone was repaired. 15 minutes folks. I will definitely have them come to me from now on. Gave the tec $20 bucks for lunch because I was so pleased with the service. Thank you Asurion. Art RealyVasquez

I got a new phone yesterday, and spent hours trying to get all my emails to upload. My main email would not, and today I spent one hour with one tech who told me to call a higher-level tech. After two hours on the phone with Dani and multiple maneuvers, she showed my email on my phone. Bravo. But now that I've restarted my phone, it is showing the same error message and I can't access my email.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
