I placed a phone claim on December 13th and it was supposed to come the 15th, it did not. So, I called them around the 18th and the package had been lost no big deal it happens. So, she creates me a new claim and I'm supposed to get my phone 1 week later, I just had to call back to confirm details. I call back and the story changed to we need UPS to find the phone since it is not our fault the phone is lost. So, they make me call UPS who was no help. After 10+ times of calling to try and get this sorted out, I gave up and canceled my claim. Now they are being difficult about giving me a refund. For a company partnered with Verizon to 1. Blame UPS and not handle the situation is odd to me as $100 to a company that large should be less important than customer satisfaction and 2. Making the refund process almost impossible over $100 is absurd, almost blaming me that the package was lost. Overall, worst customer service staff I have ever dealt with in 50 years and I will never even consider using one of their services
The tech was thoughtful in her instructions and direction that was helpful and made the process easy. She was a 10 out of 10 professional. Someone should go out of their way to make sure she stays around. It was a pleasure to work with her.
My phone was damaged due to my being in a wheelchair and as soon as the next day my replacement cellphone arrived
They gave me a broken phone then pretended like it wasn't broken. But I still have my old phone and can prove the new one is damaged, then they acted like I did it somehow, yet the damage is under the glass screen, hmmmm. They refused to take accountability, sent to service rep to service rep. Absolutely disgusting service and wish I never spent my money, never again just save your cash and stop dropping your phones.

My Samsung Flip4 phone is just over a year old. The screen started turning black and I lost function in the top area. This phone was in great condition, no cracks and it had not been dropped. I took it to my local AT&T store to see what could be done. They said it was obviously a warranty issue. They contacted Asurion and we spoke with them on speakerphone. After at least 8 times getting "redirected", I was told it would be an insurance issue and woul cost $225 to fix it! Why would I want to fix a defective product? Asurion is not worth the money we pay each month for insurance!

I have a Samsung flip4 with Asurion insurance. The screen protector has come loose at the crease. I was told that I would have to go to ubreakifix an hour away to get this fixed. Also, that if I had any screen issues if I put a new screen protector on myself. Asurion would not pay for any screen damage. Why pay $45 a month for insurance that aggravates you? What an inconvenience!

Not only was it super easy to file a claim online, but it was also easy to schedule my appointment to have my device worked on. The technician met me at my home making it very convenient. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I cannot say enough about how great a job he did and how easy this process was.

The Best Customer Service was amazing they help me out all the time I wouldn't go with anyone else they are kind, caring, compassionate people who serve they're loyal customer very well especially with religious beliefs.
My experience was awesome. Everything was well explained the phone techs were nice and the service rendered was a quality repair. It took them about an hour. I went and had lunch and my phone was ready. The back glass looks great again. The price was also amazing.
This company clearly does a great job of managing their marketing and social media reputation and reviews. The 4+/5 scores you see when Googling appear to be both believable and trustable. Great job Asurion! You should reward your marketing people a reward for polishing turds with exceptional talent.
The actual service is as close as you can get to open fraud and deception without crossing the line. I recently had a screen cracked iPad "repaired" with non-Apple parts after they "lost" the iPad which thankfully I could identify in the store because of a unique engraved message on the back.
When you cancel the service be prepared to spend a crazy amount of time shouting at their poor call center people and then spend months reversing their subsequent fraudulent transactions with your credit card company.

My Goggle Pixel 7 was fixed quickly and the staff was very helpful and friendly! It was easy to start a claim with my phone provider and then went to the store in Gurnee, IL to have my phone repaired. It only took about an hour to have it done and back working wonderfully! I would definitely recommend Asurion plans for insurance for my phone and any technical devices.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
