The visit to verizon in Albany, GA was a good experience. The representative was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Chris the service Tech was a calming voice to help me do a complicated task of Transferring data and resetting both old and new phone. I had questions about the high cost of Verizon phone service and he went out of his way to find and share different Ideas to where I could save money. The tech showed up early, and he had my phone fixed in less than 30 minutes. We had debated getting the insurance, but to know my phone's interior parts were placed into a new Samsung frame, face and all, I am happy to pay the $29 billed to our AT&T bill! Great job. Like having a brand new phone!
