Easiest resolve ever!

This is the first time I've ever had such an easy time getting the screen on my phone replaced. I've either had to hunt all over Montgomery, Green, Miami or Warren Counties to find a place to fix my phone or the phone itself had to be sent into the company to get it fixed. But this time I was given a choice of either drive somewhere or the repair person will come to me. He was early which was great. He was courteous and respectful and even told me how long it would take to fix in his van. I am amazed at the knowledge and experience as well. This has been a wonderful experience and I recommend this company greatly.

Not what they claim

I've been a paying customer for over a year without putting in any claims. My tv fell off of my wall so I put in a claim today and my claim was DENIED. Accidental mishaps are NOT COVERED like they say. Damaged tvs are not covered through your Asurion home plus account, even though it states it covers accidental damage. (Photos attached)

A repair tech came to my home, which is a LONG way from a metropolitan area, in a van fully equipped with the tools and technology needed to replace my iPhone's cracked screen. He did it at a workbench in the van!

BEST warranty ever

This is not my first experience with Asurion. I have purchased warranties of larger household items through amazon for years after my first perfect experience back then. My cellphone arrived now uses them as well. Claims are easy to start and need basic information from purchase. They are efficient and expedite claims rather quickly. They have a great chat option for follow up or needed attention that Ive had amazing experience with as well. Cannot recommend them enough!

Bernard is a pimp great dude

The nard would have been able to have me. Taken care of had it not been for poor policies within the Verizon corporation, out of the several people did. I had to interact with during this process prior to Bernard, I had lost all hope that there's any way decent working for this company. He reassured me, there's at least one Decent person working for verizon

Jesse at the UBreakIFix location@ 245 SW Monterey, Stuart, Florida ******* USA provided outstanding and exemplary customer service. A power outage prevented the store from opening in a timely manner on Monday 6/7/25 and Jesse stood out front with the 15 or so customers waiting, explaining the situation and assessing if he could help with his friendly demeanor, definitely preventing everyones' panties from getting in a twist.
When the store finally opened an hour late, he singlehandedly processed everyone that had been waiting with remarkable professionalism, authority, efficiency and courtesy. Jesse whittled the line out the door down to nothing in 45 minutes. Additional resources were added, including Bianca the
DM. I fully expected my phone in for repair to be ready the next day because of the backlog of phones in for repair but they had it ready for me the same day, (today) about six hours later. I'm amazed. Staff far exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend them for any repair, with or without insurance.

Shattered Screen

It was as simple as just walking in giving them my information and phone. I received my phone back in a hour and half. My shattered screen was no more, my phone looks new and works new again. Thank you for all your help on getting my phone back the same day.

I purchased a leaf blower from Amazon in December 2024. By the end of June 2025, it stopped working. I checked the fuel level and electrical connections but could not find anything wrong. I am very glad I purchased the three-year protection plan. I contacted Asurion, and on the same day, they sent me a gift card for the purchase price I paid on Amazon, which I used to buy another leaf blower. Of course, I bought the three-year protection plan again. I encourage everyone to buy the protection plan; if anything goes wrong, they take care of it. I also bought the protection plan for my garden hoses as well.
