I had to call the number because I was not offered walk-in service on the website. Kristina was very friendly, professional and efficient. She found me a place to take my phone with same day service. Even though it was afternoon, Garth and especially Sumner of UBREAKIFIX Castlerock, Colorado took great care of my phone and got it back to new same day. I am so appreciative of their help. No one can live without their phone these days.

Filed a claim for an item that failed. I filed it though chat. The rep asked a few questions and within a couple of minutes my claim was approved and completed.
The repair was excellent, but the padded envelope sent to me wasn't very protective of my phone so I placed my phone in the original box I had when phone was purchased & placed it in the envelope. The phone box was not returned to me when the phone was shipped back to me. I would have liked it returned. Very disappointed!

I have purchased several warranties through this company( Asurion) and they are totally awesome! They have replaced all damaged items as described in the policy in accurate amount of time. There their call staff is awesome with helping resolve issues, very polite and helps file a claim in no time. I will always get my warranties through Asurion company. Had to have the back of my phone replaced and the person I had replaced the front of my screen too without asking. Very sweet of them to do that.

It is now turned on and working. I will get to test this wifi connection once I leave my office and home loft environment, where I have a powerful wifi connection. I always found it very frustrating to be out and about and not be able to connect to the internet. Seeing that amazon dog saying Oops to me used to really piss me off. I now want to see if that darn dog ever appears on my phone again. If it does, then I will become like Kristi Noem, and kill that damn dog. Just kidding, I am not heartless like that darn Kristi Noem. But having said all this, yes, I am thrilled to have my very own personal hotspot on my iphone, Yay!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
