I had a problem with my printer and struggled with it for 3 days with no success. Jaypatrick at asurion was so great. I'm 76 so technology is not my friend! He was so patient and certainly knowledgeable and was able to walk me through a number of things what were necessary to correct the problem. I would never have been able to do it on my own.
When I accidentally dropped my phone in the hole screen cracked, I panicked. Then I remembered that I have insurance on my phone! I contacted them online and in less than 24 hours I had a new screen on my phone. The technician was so kind. When his schedule freed up but I couldn't be home, he drove out to where I was and I'm about 25 minutes, I had a brand new screen! He was courteous and professional. I'm so happy and grateful. Plus I didn't have to pay a deductible!

2 days 2 no show of the agents. Pretty annoying. Rescheduled the second time and decided to call and ask for a managers help. Thankfully they changed my claim to have one shipped to me, which arrived in a day. I would not recommend the agent delivery. God knows how long I would have been waiting for them to show up.
My Samsung Galaxy 5 needed repair and the ATT store sent me to your store for repair. It was so easy. I just answered a few questions and left my phone and they had it repaired in 4 hours or so. And my insurance covered the fee.

I took the cover out on a Canon printer after two years however, I continue to have problems with my printer. I filed my claim online simple and easy. Received my shipping label package my printer up returned it. It couldn't of been any easier. It was well worth the money I spent.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
