The hydraulic system I purchased from Amazon doesn't activate despite being connected and the air pump working. It's disheartening when a device malfunctions, but thankfully, I have the Asurion protection plan. I reached out to their Chat system, and it was remarkably quick and simple.
I was worried when I purchased this warranty if I ever had to use it how much effort it was going to take that it would almost not be worth doing it as my time is extremely valuable. Asurion met my needs with speed and really appreciated that my time was valuable as well. It took a total of maybe 15 minutes to get a service call set up and initiated. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely look for more options to use Asurion in the future. Thank you guys so much for making a problem less of a problem.

Assurion website and the initial support person clearly explained the process. I received my replacement phone within one day, fedexed to my vacation home in a rural area. The process of setting up new phone was a little frustrating since it assumed I had the old (lost) phone and I had no phone to call for support (I used by I watch which was running out of battery and the tech called me back a few times). Eventually I used the onlline support did get it resolved and my replacement phone is now working.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
