I give them a 10 out of 10 it was extremely easy to file a claim I've been using them for many of years this is the second time I've had to file a claim and it's a great company to deal with, they are professional, their systems are user friendly and it is a piece of mind knowing that they are there if something happens because today things are just not made the way they used to be. I went to file a claim and was having issue submitting it online but once I started chatting with one of the representatives she was very prompt and successfully assisted me with submitting the claim to receive my reimbursement for my daughters toy car I am very please and would recommend anyone to have this plan!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
