I contacted Asurion about an issue I had with a Heating Pad. They took care of my needs IMMEDIATELY with no hassles. Great company and great customer service. HIGHLY recommend them.
Received laptop back not working after waiting 2 weeks for laptop. Stating technician could not locate a serial number on the laptop externally. But anyone that has ever worked on or dealt aleinware since Dell bought the company knows there is not external service tag its located in the bios. I don't know who they use to repair laptops but I would not recommend them for laptop repairs if they don't even know the basics about high-end computers.
I've had to contact Asurion several times over the past few years on a variety of different matters: laptop, cell phone, powertools. Their customer service reps are always well-informed and very patient. I 100% recommend Asurion for your product protection needs!

I purchased a device a couple of years ago and took out the Asurion 3 year protection plan. The device recently started acting up so I filed a claim with Asurion. Within a matter of minutes the claim was resolved. No hassle or lengthy waits. I will continue to use Asurion whenever a protection plan is needed.

I brought my phone in because the outter screen on my Z-fold was shattered. I spoke with Jennifer in tge Grand Prairie, TX location. She was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional. She kept me updated when they ran into an issue with the screen and it needed to be ordered. Once the part was in, it was fixed in no time. The phone looked brand new.
The tech support through the online chat works great. The tech who helped me, Roque was very helpful and informative, also made sure that we would not get disconnected. The process was extremely easy.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
