Sorry, but I can't trust the rating on this company. Both my husband and I had terrible experiences with these people. I lost my phone. I was on the phone for over 2 hours (so was my husband when he dealt with them). No one I talked to seemed to know anything. First, they denied that we had coverage. Then, they kept telling me my security code was wrong (it wasn't). Finally, they realized how angry I was getting so they got me to a girl who was just so charming she just oozed. She ended up promising me a new phone that would be delivered to my home that evening accompanied by someone who would set it up for me. Not even an hour had passed when I got a text from them that my phone would NOT be delivered that day and would be shipped arriving in 1 to 2 days. It took 2 days. What I got was a used phone with no information enclosed and a single charging cord that would not fit any of my plugs. I paid these people $50 monthly for many years - probably enough to just buy a new phone - and I paid $125 for a used phone. I don't like being misled and I feel like they make it so hard to make a claim that you'll just go buy a new phone. I'm cancelling my insurance and just putting that $50 in savings.

It may take some time before you are in touch with a representative, but once the conversation gets going I find that the reps are knowledgeable and able to answer your questions, and are able to provide links and other resources to better answer other questions that may be related to your concern(s)
Great response time, easy to file with the Chat! My order # didn't come up immediately, so I had to Chat. But I'm happy to say that the representative on chat was most helpful. He as able to resolve my issue immediately.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
