I was thrilled when the Asurion All Protection Plan came out: especially considering how many individual plans I had that Asurion will refund you- just to help anyone out, they will need the whole order # for the Asurion plan, the date of the plan, the name of the item covered & the price for said item before tax.
The reason I said to contact Asurion through their website I'd I messaged their rep through Amazon that had me repeatedly send her multiple messages with the order #'s typed out, etc, even after I told her I had a damaged nerve that causes pain in my forearm that's used when I type. She kept saying she didn't understand me needing refunds. Since January 18 & several back & forth later, I was regretting buying the plan because she kept pretending she didn't understand I wanted refunds, but I am so glad I just bit the bullet so to speak & contacted Asurion via their website.
My agent Ms Rachelle very patiently & kindly not even gave me refunds for my individual plans, but processed 5 claims, no sweat!
All I have to do is mail the items back with the emailed labels & as soon as their scanned at UPS in a few hours I receive credit on my gift card. Thank you again!

Had a broken screen and stopped working on screen. The Clarksville at&t was warm and welcoming and helped to fix my problem.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
