I buy the Asurion insurance for all the products I buy an Amazon. They have never denied a claim and are quick with repairs. It is definitely worth the investment.
My phone broke under your warranty. I paid the $99 for a replacement phone. Then I couldn't get it to activate, so I had to drive 25 miles to the Verion store to get it activated. Within a few hours the touch screen on the Motorola Z4 "you gave a rigorous inspection before sending" started acting like it had a mind of it's own. I called your support and the phone kept dialing other numbers. So I had to drive across town and use my nephew's phone because you do not have a live chat on the internet so I could use my laptop. I am now waiting for another replacement phone. This has left me without a phone for a week+. I was told I would have a replacement today, it's after 3:00 and I am still without a phone. I find this unacceptable. I am disabled and live alone, going without a phone isn't an option. I feel I should be compensated for this by refunding my $99.
The repair person was on time, friendly and did an excellent job repairing the phone. This insurance program made sense this time.

My claim was submitted on a Sunday and as the lines opened on Monday, I talked to Cynthia and she answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to help while reassuring me the entire time. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and positivity!

Difficult to understand agent and had to asked him to repeat everything several times. Very hard to select a repair location. He kept trying to assign me to a location tgat I told him was too far for me. The repair technician s were not friendly or professional in my opinion. When they called back to confirm appointment they gave me a 2 hour wait time. When I arrived they gave me 3 hours and I was the very 1st customer. They need to be better with their customer service skills.

I had a ton of issues trying to file my claim via the link in amazon orders to your website - It would not accept the legit info on the sticker on my tv claiming it was incorrect. When I tried to reach a person at the # you have that pops up the rep said they couldn't help or transfer me and gave me this # *******924 which does not allow anyone to get help from a rep. I tried to chat on that same page and it said not avail. FINALLY the text link sent via the 2nd phone # brought up a screen that again could not locate my info and when I clicked on chat I actually FINALLY got a person who was wonderfully efficient. That was ridiculous. You should provide the correct way to reach someone right off the bat instead of making me go thru a gauntlet of crud to find help- but I am sure you do that on purpose as a dark UX attempt to get people to give up and save you money as a company- YAY Capitalism > :( Lets see what actually happens with my claim now that I finally got someone to help me submit my claim.

Asurion was so kind and knowledgeable about the my situation. I had a cracked screen and wanted to upgrade. He walked me through all the options and the time frame. He was respectful and helpful. Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
