I highly recommend this service. My experience overall was excellent. The representative was extremely professional and efficient.
Honestly expected the process to be cumbersome and frustrating...I was putting off initiating a claim because I didn't want to deal with it. But...once I did finally initiate a claim, I was able to complete it through chat in less than five minutes. My favorite part was the chat agent being empowered to find an alternative solution to a special request. Nothing worse than a customer service agent saying "sorry there's nothing I can do, my system won't let me do that" etc. LOVED being able to state a problem and be met by someone empowered to provide a solution.
The guy who came to fix my phone was very nice and explained everything in detail for me. They were on time and fixed my phone screen very fast.

ASURiON tech support was an extremely satisfying experience I have had for some quite time, let me say that one of their technicians ( TORIS) done a spectacular job on helping me submitting my protection plan claim, TORIS made it very easy and quick as if we greeted and met in person, everything was done nicely and smoothly no hassle at all, I've had received an email from ASURION within seconds while still chatting with TORIS reading, that I had a prepaid card for shipping the items back to them and getting a gift card for me to purchase the same items, within12 to 24 hrs as soon as they reviewed them, simply as simple as that, so (TORIS) A honor roll you've surely earned it! Like I've had said and I'll say it again in the future what an spectacular job they done for me, so I recommend ASURION protection plan to my family, friends and to anyone who's reading this review! My expectations were fully met and beyond another extremely happy satisfying customer, thank y'all with ASURION and keep up the great work! But yet another review needs to be done on how everything ends up after ASURION viewing the items!?!

Took awhile but overall very well received Ivan did a great job at troubleshooting and scanning my phone.
After 1 hour on the phone the rep hung up on me after I complained why I have to be transferred 3x to speak to a local expert.

I buy a item at amazon and buy a 4 years protection plan, last week my item fail to work any more and I contact Asurion and they took care of my claim with out any excuses and everything was taking care super fast. Thank you very much.

This was the easiest interaction I have ever had with when getting a phone repaired. It was very convenient as the technician came to my house, picked up the phone, fixed the phone while in the car and brought the phone back to the house. I did not have to leave my house to get the phone repaired and the repair was quick.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
