Never received my phone. Deliver lied about contacting us. No phone messages etc. we were waiting outside and none showed up. I had to wait till the next day to reschedule and then there was magically no phone to be delivered. The following the corporate ATT store said that the order had been cancelled and ordered another phone in store. This took place on Friday. The following Tuesday I got a call from Asurion that a phone was ready and I could schedule for it to be delivered. No thanks, I never returned the call. However they went ahead and scheduled for delivery and set up on there on even though the order I had been told was canceled. I responded to the text on Thursday morning that I am not available. No response I'm assuming it must be automated. Now been on hold for 38 minutes waiting on someone to help me. I have been dealing with this issue since last week. Took off work, been in store 3x, spend too much time on the phone and still dealing with this mess. Over 5 hours and lose wages over this phone because of Asurion home delivery service. Do not use this service. I'm still on hold. I better not be charged and I know I will not be compensated for time, the energy, and stress this has caused me but I sure hope I can save everyone else from choosing this service.
I bought a extended waranty and I have 3 weeks waiting that someone from asurion fix my refrigerator,
They said they can't fix it and LG have to fix it, and LG said asurion have to fix it but after 3 week no-one want to fix it and I spent money and time for nothing, after spoke with 8 people everyday nobody can't help me and fix my refrigerator
Total garbage I will never recommend to buy LG product and asurion extended waranty

My experience with asurion was great, I walked in gave the guy behind the counter the name on the account and thay was it. He told me how long it will take to fix my phone and that was all, the guy was very friendly.
I had a little trouble on the website, so I used the chat box to get my claim sorted out. The person who helped me was named Maria, and she was great! She was able to submit a claim on my behalf to Guitar Center, and in a matter of 10 minutes, I had an appointment booked to repair my guitar. Super grateful for Asurion, and would definitely recommend for anybody else!
Had a issue occurred the day after getting my phone, my iMessages were not sending through, and it would not connect, luckily I was sent a link to chat with a online representative, which helped me through the process very easily inconvenient to get it solved right away
I had to transfer the data of an old iPhone to a new iPhone and the rep. Was extremely helpful and was able to overcome a complication in the process of transferring the phone number.

He was able to grasp what went wrong and he corrected it in no time. I can't remember the last time I had a good experience with a customer service representative. I recently switched wireless carriers a month ago and I'm still having issues. I was without a phone for 14 days, unable to do banking or even order a pizza online! I don't make many claims but Patrick and Asurion blew me away! After this experience, I will definitely keep keep up their Asurion Complete Protect for all my future purchases.
Needed battery replacement for my phone so I submitted a request for service. I received a choice of open dates and selected date that worked for me. Repairman called to advise arrival time, and he had my phone checked and battery installed within a half hour.
It seems that companies like to say anything to get you to buy their product and then talk out the side of their mouth when you need to return it or exchange it. This company is not those other business. They say its easy and will either give your the money for the product or fix it and by gosh they stand by their word! So easy, so nice. I understood everything she was saying. She was clear at letting me know the process. Not once did she try to blame me for the product not working...It was so refreshing, non stressful, hardly any time to complete from start to finish. Even UPS is coming to my house to pick the product up! Hot Damn,,, i'm in love with this company! They keep their word to their customers. In this world today, its full of shady businesses so it is so comforting to know you have insurance and peace of mind that they stand behind their statements! So if you're on the fence about purchasing a protection plan for Asurion, don't be, take my word...it's great!
I bought a gaming chair and the offered warranty through asurion and boy was I glad I did. I did not realize I needed to register it online and save my receipt online a year ago when I bought it, it was absolutely no problem. I just sent a photo of my receipt (which was missing the barcode) and a representative finished my registration. I may have even been able to continue to do it on my own, but I needed the barcode to move forward in that process. Now, she has put my claim through to the claims team and they will be taking care of me from there.
Recently I was able to set up a new replacement phone using online chat with Brenda. The beautiful refurbished purple iPhone 14 Pro Max came just 3 days after filing a claim after I dropped my old phone. It tumbled out of my sweatshirt sleeve and to the concrete striking the corner of the phone where the camera is located. It was crushed. So was I. I went to AT&T store where I got the info on how to file a claim.
Unlike just getting a new phone from your wireless folks you either have to call a number or go to a website to activate the new phone. Being antisocial I obviously chose the website. Which is where Brenda came into my life. Brenda chatted me through the process of verifying identity and basic info and the rest is still not done but should be cake. Brenda was super nice and helpful and seemed like a real human- but who knows these days with our robot overlords. They can do a lot. So Brenda chat person if you are real thanks and hope you had an awesome evening when you got off work. Assurion- thank you for staying true to your policy when I did in fact crush my phone and needed a new one. It was one of the only times in life I could sincerely think -Hey that's what I pay for each month! I do still have to pay a hefty "deductible" in my opinion considering the high price of the insurance. But, hey it is definitely better than no phone or new one at full price. I will continue to keep my assurion coverage on this new phone and all others in the future. If the unthinkable ever happens and I need to chat again- I sure hope Brenda is working. She's great.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
