I contacted Ausurion because I needed to file a claim on a ride on car I had purchased from Amazon. While the website was difficult to use (none of my details would populate a claim) I began a virtual chat. Once I started the virtual chat the process was quick and easy. The agent was thorough, helpful and kind with communication and they helped me file my claim in just minutes.
Been having troubles with my robo vacuum and finally it bit the dust and called it a day. Luckily I spent the money to get the 3 year warranty plan and 2 years to the day almost I had to call it in. The service rep was easily the best I have ever had to deal with. Polite, professional and prompt they got the issue resolved fast. I spent $550 on the robo vacuum and about $70 for the warranty and it was definitely worth it considering how much I use the thing with my husky malamute and mini Aussie constantly shedding or bringing in dirt.
I have an s23 and cracked my screen, during the repair the tech broke my camera. I called them about the replacement and they said my phone is on backorder till the middle of the week. I heard nothing till Wed when I called them, and find out my phone is on backorder for months. They offer me a check to get a new one and it's Friday night and still no check and they can't even give me a tracking number. Meanwhile, all week long when I call they r trying to sell me more insurance smfh. If you own one of these new phones I would switch to your insurance company cause if they don't have em refurbished you aren't getting one. Have a good weekend
My phone was not working right and my warranty had not expired I received a new phone and Rachel at ATT Was able to download everything she was very nice
Well my goodness, getting Asurian's attention and repair approval for this policy was easy as pie, and honestly, I had one of the best live session with tech support ever, THANK YOU ANGELA. Easy peasy.
Only hoping this is the shape of how Asurian rolls. I should have my computer back in 10 days, sending the shipping box, and the next leg of getting my computer repaired and home for my use. I am hopeful based on my experience with the tech person.
I paid for insurance through Verizon wireless for one and a half years. My phone breaks, I use my "insurance " through asurion and I get a junk phone. That needed a hard reset to turn on right away. Literally the minute I opened it. Within an hour of getting the phone on finally, it crashes. And crashes.
I have to reset this phone 10 times a day.
My daughter's first steps, yep missed them. Cute giggles, yep missed those to.
Sons first touchdown, YEP MISSED THAT TOO.
I've contacted asurion, Verizon. Both companies.
They will give 10,000 excuses to why I am not getting a new phone.
I should have stuck with pre-paid.

I goofed up registering a sports tracking watch. Put the coverage on the screen protector instead of the watch… I thought it would be a hassle to correct the problem. It wasn't. Service agent totally took care of the problem - quickly. Thank you for the great service!
My experience wasn't the best but it was not bc I couldn't get assistance. It's bc my phone is severely damaged and it's not functioning. Brandon did the best he could do to assist me remotely

I dropped my phone a few times (once is too many), and I needed to repair or replace it. I needed to file an insurance claim, the deductible I think was quite spendy, however, it was less expensive than replacing it. The techs at UBREAKIFIX, are absolutely awesome 👌 what an exceptional group of young men, I believe they were Bryce & John. They had a plethora of information. I would truly recommend them and the company to any and everyone. I am completely pleased with the finished product. Excellent job young buckaroo. I give kudos to them. My thoughts are that their competitors actually recommend their customers to go to UBREAKIFIX, yippieeeee

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
