Helpful and considerate.

Trixianne did a great job being patient with an elderly like me. She walked me through the data transfer for my new phone and made me feel comfortable. My data transfer was going to take hours so we mutually agreed to leave both phones on and complete the transfer in the morning, if I needed more help. I had ample information from her that I feel confident of completing the transfer.

Claim for a refrigerator

I am very pleased with the service that I received each time I called Asurion. The phone agents are very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. They're concerned about my needs and I always had them met on a very timely basis. The online chat agent was amazing also, I'm impressed with how quickly someone came on to chat with me. Thank you.

Too many Pop-ups.

I received 49 pop-ups on my phone, telling me that I had a virus on each one. It wanted me to click on them so they could erase the viruses. Monica, on chat, was very helpful. She helped me get them deleted from my browser. Thank you so much. Oh yeah, we tried to get coverage for our amplifier speaker unit, that is non functional and we had no way to give all the information because your site did not offer the appropriate ability to put the correct numbers in.

It was a very pleasurable experience I was told I have to take my iPhone into the store to have it cut on as a my replacement! My phone which had been stolen!
I live far from nearest att store! But when I called asurion for help they were able to program my eSIM card through my email acct with a code! Alvaro was so helpful and gosh he was brilliant and so kind to me and genuinely professional at same time! Thanks man you the best! 🤪

I was having issues completing my claim on line so I decided to try the "chat" option. The representative, Juvelyn, took care of everything accurately and quickly so since my claim is completed all I have to do is wait for service center to call and set up an appointment. Great job.

Phone problems

Asurion fixed my phone screen

I accidentally dropped my new phone the same day I bought it - before I was able to put a protective case and screen protector on it. It was just a single crack across my screen, but it was impacting my daily usage of the phone so it needed to be fixed. On the day of my appointment, I took my phone into the downtown AT&T store and one of the Asurion specialists named John and he said they'd take good care of it and have the screen fixed in no time. I came back at the pickup time and my phone screen looked brand new again! John did such a great job and I really appreciate the care and service that Asurion's repair team provided.
