Where is my protection plan?

I reached out to file a claim but was unable to locate my protection plan on the website portal. I was connected with Goldie, who asked a couple of questions to help me locate my plan number as well as start my claim. Goldie was knowledgeable and pleasant.

I texted the chat support to find out why the online system wasn't allowing me to finish processing a claim for my guitar. The chat support representative was immediately available and responded to my answers/questions immediately. Consequently, my problem was resolved very quickly. They completely exceeded my expectations. Very pleasantly surprised.

You need to register your product before submitting a claim. I did not register my device to the plan and the customer service rep was able to work through it with me via the chat feature. She submitted the plan and I am anticipating the label being sent to my house. Seems easy so far!

Great Customer Service

We had a great experience with the service. My mom's phone quit charging from about 6 years ago. The phone is no longer made, so we got a replacement phone. The service was awesome, and the agent was very kind and thorough. We really appreciated how easy it was to talk, and work with them.
