I made a claim and filled out a short form and had my replacement phone in about 36 hours.
Asurion sends junk phones to as replacements. Then gives you a junk 12 month warranty. I went to US Cellular to report problems with my Screen protector (flip z) They sent me to ubreakifix. Ubreakifix fixes the problem for $20. Same problem occurs. Asurion says they will fix the issue and send a new phone. But then they transfer me to someone that says actually we won't be sending you a phone.
Tioga was friendly, efficient and it took less than 10 minutes start to finish to activate my replacement phone.

I purchased a Asurion protection plans on all of my things for my kid and although I don't always have to use them when I do I have no issues with the Asurion whatsoever. Well worth the money.
Asurion makes it so hard to file a claim, it is done intentionally to make sure that you give up filing it and they also they deny unfairly

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
