After reviewing the Asurion web pages i went to the chat function and completed my task to file a claim. I was given time to locate the info necessary for processing.

My iPhone was disconnected and disabled - probably in an error by Verizon Store assistant - I realized it happened after people started calling me on my land line and realized then. It was 11 pm by the time I realized my phone has no service. I wasted 2 hours with "Verizon Assistance" as they do not have live assistance after hours and over the weekends. Then comes Asurion Tech Support - They soled it in minutes... They were able to reconnect and reestablish the service on my mobile phone... Very patient, highly professional and courteous staff on chat - solved it in minutes... one can be so grateful and thankful only... I was and I am... Recommend them without any reservation
I reached out after I discovered there was an error in the phone version when i received my confirmation email. I immediately reached out to the Chat team. My first attempt timed out, but the second time I was connected with Sarah. She was prompt, professional and courteous. She was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. I give her 5 stars! I have had several Asurion plans cover items I have purchased, but this was the first time I needed to make a claim. I am doubling down to add these plans to insure the items I purchase now that I see just how effectively and easily the claim process is, and that I am taken care of so well with little question. I would recommend everyone add these affordable plans to any purchases they are eligible for to ensure the items you purchase are insured against life's little mishaps and failures. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
