My iPhone was disconnected and disabled - probably in an error by Verizon Store assistant - I realized it happened after people started calling me on my land line and realized then. It was 11 pm by the time I realized my phone has no service. I wasted 2 hours with "Verizon Assistance" as they do not have live assistance after hours and over the weekends. Then comes Asurion Tech Support - They soled it in minutes... They were able to reconnect and reestablish the service on my mobile phone... Very patient, highly professional and courteous staff on chat - solved it in minutes... one can be so grateful and thankful only... I was and I am... Recommend them without any reservation

I reached out after I discovered there was an error in the phone version when i received my confirmation email. I immediately reached out to the Chat team. My first attempt timed out, but the second time I was connected with Sarah. She was prompt, professional and courteous. She was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. I give her 5 stars! Rest assured with Asurion

I have had several Asurion plans cover items I have purchased, but this was the first time I needed to make a claim. I am doubling down to add these plans to insure the items I purchase now that I see just how effectively and easily the claim process is, and that I am taken care of so well with little question. I would recommend everyone add these affordable plans to any purchases they are eligible for to ensure the items you purchase are insured against life's little mishaps and failures. Great job well worth it!
