The tech put a lot of time and effort into resolving my problem. While the only solution is for me to delete a number of contacts and re-enter each one, the tech did everything he could to find a quicker and easier solution. That's quality tech support!

I always dread setting up a new phone, but Charley at Asurion stayed on the chat until everything was accomplished. He was patient and very knowledgeable and even knew to upgrade my software, which hadn't been done for years. I am very appreciative of his patience and excellent service.

Been with Asurion for 2-3 years now thru Consumer Cellular.
Customer Service is fantastic! For less than the price of a large fry at you-know-where, I get CRAZY-GOOD service and QUICK resolution of any issue I may have. Jimmy John's ain't fast like these guys!

Horrible to work with!

This company sent me a phone in the end of November/begging of December. It's the begging of February and the phone is no longer functioning. It's over heats all the time and now my screen is frozen. I lost so much of information on my phone and potentially about to loose more. My mom and have been on the phone for over an hour. We've talked to many people and most of them have been so nasty towards. After I just tried finding the information the women asked for, instead of her waiting for me she left the call leaving me and mother with no result. We paid$100 for the phone that no longer works after 2 months. Now I'm stuck on my college campus away from home with no working phone. I don't appreciate the way my mother and I have been treated and it won't be tolerated. All I know is I'm getting a new phone even if I have to go against them legally because we feel scammed.

Best place to repair phones!

My screen was cracked and not responding to touches the way it should. I submitted my insurance claim one day and got the shipping materials in the mail the next day! I was given a time frame of 3 to 7 business days and the company kept their word! Got my phone back 6 days after I sent it out, that's including the weekend! Very happy with my devices condition upon return as well, just like new!

After I signed into my Portal, i requested to chat with Tech Support to ask a couple of questions pertaining to my Coverage, before I would proceed with starting my process, which was to file a claim on my 2 damaged devices that are both covered, at the same time…So that I wasn't met with any ridiculous hurdles. Ronmart, my Representative was very helpful and assured me of all my inquires. And the Answer was Yes I can, either by way of electronically on My Verizon Asurion Site or Calling a specific # to speak with a Live Person to Help me through the process so that I'd be 100% confident it would be handled correctly. I'm of course choosing the Live Person, whether I've gotta be on hold for a duration of time doesn't bother me bec my issues will be more understood intimately and I won't make a mistake.Bec we all know Mistakes can become pain in the "you know what." And if they're the ones that make em, then I'm covered, in a sense that they'll be the ones to fix it, not me.CYA.Thank you Rep. Ronmart, from a Longtime Verizon Customer- Brian
