East and fast, replacement device was sent immediately
This company sent me a phone in the end of November/begging of December. It's the begging of February and the phone is no longer functioning. It's over heats all the time and now my screen is frozen. I lost so much of information on my phone and potentially about to loose more. My mom and have been on the phone for over an hour. We've talked to many people and most of them have been so nasty towards. After I just tried finding the information the women asked for, instead of her waiting for me she left the call leaving me and mother with no result. We paid$100 for the phone that no longer works after 2 months. Now I'm stuck on my college campus away from home with no working phone. I don't appreciate the way my mother and I have been treated and it won't be tolerated. All I know is I'm getting a new phone even if I have to go against them legally because we feel scammed.
The person that helped me, Marygold, was super and very nice. It only took a few minutes and we were done. Highly recommend Asurion.
My screen was cracked and not responding to touches the way it should. I submitted my insurance claim one day and got the shipping materials in the mail the next day! I was given a time frame of 3 to 7 business days and the company kept their word! Got my phone back 6 days after I sent it out, that's including the weekend! Very happy with my devices condition upon return as well, just like new!
All of my electronics has data service so nothing I have is covered. I've been paying an extra 30 dollars a month for nothing

I lost my phone week ago. They accept my request. But every time when i check status it shows it ''takes 24 hours'', from last week. Customer service is very busy when i trying to contact.

After I signed into my Portal, i requested to chat with Tech Support to ask a couple of questions pertaining to my Coverage, before I would proceed with starting my process, which was to file a claim on my 2 damaged devices that are both covered, at the same time…So that I wasn't met with any ridiculous hurdles. Ronmart, my Representative was very helpful and assured me of all my inquires. And the Answer was Yes I can, either by way of electronically on My Verizon Asurion Site or Calling a specific # to speak with a Live Person to Help me through the process so that I'd be 100% confident it would be handled correctly. I'm of course choosing the Live Person, whether I've gotta be on hold for a duration of time doesn't bother me bec my issues will be more understood intimately and I won't make a mistake.Bec we all know Mistakes can become pain in the "you know what." Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
