Had a product I bought a little over a year ago that stopped working. I asked for a refund. They processed by request immediately and are sending me the reimbursement within 24 hours.
I have to say that I was quite skeptical purchasing this protection plan for items I've purchased. This was the first time I've had to use the service and I am pleasantly surprised. The process took all of five minutes to get through and they resolved my issue. The customer service agent Dennis was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I will be purchasing this protection plan for all future electronics.
It was so easy to get the screen replaced on my phone. Made an appointment and the tech came right to my house to do the repair. After about a half hour my phone is like new!
I was in need of a screen repair for my phone. The technician came out to my home and repaired my screen extremely quick and easy.
Today, I spent 20 minutes just trying to get them to sent me the return label. The text a link and the link wouldn't work. When I called, they said you can't view it on a phone...huh? You texted it! Was on hold for 20 minutes and they final sent an email with the label attached. Way too much effort for a $50 ball!
I purchased a tablet and since it only had a 4 month factory warranty I purchased the Asurion protection. 8 months later my tablet was having problems charging. It was hit or miss if the connection with the charging cord was being made. I had to put a tube of chapstick under where the cord plugged in just to get a connection. I contacted Asurion and within minutes I had a satisfactory resolution from a very friendly customer service agent. I have several policies with them on more expensive Amazon purchases but have never had to use them. Totally worth the price for when you do need it (which is exactly what insurance is for).

Asurion tech replaced my icemaker but it broke again 30 days later and they won't stand behind their warranty. Their repair guy tried to sell me a new outer gasket but there was nothing wrong with the one I had. A certified Samsung repair tech verified that. Don't use this rip-off place.

It is the comfort of knowing that every rep you talk to will take their time, be patient and explain every step of the process. AND! If there is any issues on your part of theirs, they will make sure to help make it right every time! This is above and beyond your normal replacement plans. It was great. Very helpful. I ended up switching to AppleCare because I didn't need as many perks as I did before. But it was still nice to have peace of mind with Asurion while I had it.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
