If you try to get them on the phone it is brain damage. When you then ask for a supervisor they cannot seem to find one and I was on the phone for 38 minutes. This is a scam. They said they shipped a new phone with UPS. I have the tracking number. Ups said they were here 3 times. My ring camera says that they (ups) were never here. By the way UPS delivered a different item that same day. I even went down the warehouse and tried to pick up my phone and ups says that they did not send it out today AND now they cannot find it. Imagine if you were out of a phone for 4 days... would you be happy? Would you at least expect to send a different phone? OR even get a supervisor on the phone after you have spent 2 days battling with ups? I think not. I even left a message for the CEO and I am certain that I will not get a reply. I will even retract this if he has the temerity to call me back. I guess they won't find him either. DO not waste you money on something like this.
This process was seemless. The tech was on time, professional, and really quick. She's awesome. I love using asurion, I know I'm getting great services.
My experience online was not as easy as I thought it would be, however I called in and the agent was amazing. The process took a while but it was worth it. A tech came out to my address the very next morning and repaired my phone. The tech himself was professional, and very kind. He repaired my cracked screen and cleaned the charging port. My phone looks brand new and it's charging again. I am completely satisfied with my overall experience with Asurion and I would recommend to everyone.

I cracked my phone screen at midnight and was able to get a mobile repair appointment for 1-3PM. They came to my work and finished in about 5 minutes. This process couldn't have been any easier. I'm so grateful for this service.
My old phone lost the screen display, so I requested a replacement. I was trying to transfer data from the old phone. However, it kept sending me the code to my old phone, which, of course, had no display so that I could not see it.
The on-line chat help could not help me, because they could not receive the code either. Since there was no way to send the code to an alternative phone the chat help suggested I go to a store (which was an hour and a half away) and they solved the problem.
Suggesting: Perhaps the ability to send the code to another of the phones it my account would be useful.
My phone screen went out and I noticed it when I woke up this morning. I was able to go online and schedule for a tech to come out the same day. He was on time and made the process simple. It took him about thirty minutes and it was back to normal. I love the service
My phone was either stolen or lost, I made a claim with asurion and within a couple of days I had my replacement in my hands, very stress relieving.

My screen had cracked and filled out a claim! Couple days later they had the part and got my phone together
On 12/17/23 I had water damage on my Iphone & tried to file a claim online MANY times & the process would not complete. I could not call with a broken phone! Asurian has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE email or CHAT so it was completely frustratring.I went to an Asurian store thinking I could get my replacement there but one can't...I believe Asurian has NO CONTACT info deliberately to DECREASE claims as most people filing claims have unuseable phones.

The guy received us very well and fixed my phone quick and left it as brand new and explained and informed us everything of manufacturer of the phone and sealant and all that.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
