I was a little upset when I was told some issues about my phone were not met, but the customer service was amazing, I was beyond impressed with how they handled my situation, not only did they make it worth me calling, but also I was able to get my phone writhing the same week. I will definitely recommend this insurance. Be mindful that sometimes you may need to call them up, but it's worth the time. Definitely keeping my insurance services with them.
I'm so frustrated with this company. 2 months ago my wife broke her phone. The guy from Asurion came to the house and replaced it. He told us about the coverages that they offer. We chose the one that covered everything in the house (TV's, appliances, gaming consoles). Fast forward to today, Christmas morning. When I went to get creamer out of the fridge for my coffee I noticed it was warm. Everything was warm and we lost everything. My wife was devastated while the kids opened gifts. I put the positive spin on it and told her that's why we signed up for the coverage. It would cover lost food and all. I then went to make the claim. I was told that we were only signed up for gadgets in the house. I continued to explain that was not the case. Just continued to get the corporate "sorry" and "we understand sir" response. No one wanted to make it right. They said I could sign up and after 31 days I could file a claim. 31 days! I explained that I have been enrolled for 2 months and just waive the 31 days. I'll pay any deductible or whatever. Let's just make it right! They won't do it! So they can come in my house, lie to my wife and I, take my money and when it comes time to file a claim. They take no responsibility! So here on Christmas morning our fridge is dead, food is wasted and Asurion has my money. I bet they "really understand sir".

Had a badly broken screen, filed for a replacement got a new phone by noon the next day.
The technical was very knowledgeable and courteous. My screen was replaced within a day and I am able to use my mobile again. Great service and staff.

It was day late but then FedEx drop it off at another house when a person threatened saying he could of keep it but he ended up bringing the phone to my house.
Well the only thing was,there internet was down. Had a good number of staff. But it took longer time because the Samsung internet was down. But the team was very helpful and Exclaimed everything clearly.
We had lost an older Apple Watch and Asurion and AT&T not only replaced the watch but upgraded to an Apple Watch series 9 brand new! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
