The tech came to my house and replaced my cracked screen on my galaxy s 23 ultra and just a matter of minutes he was done I was very pleased with the time frame it took him to get done. I highly recommend asurion for ur insurance on ur mobile devices.
The protection agreement is a no brainer for me. You never no when a problem will occur with your device and to have prompt easy to use insurance is a great relief. I will never not have it again, period!

My phone screen needed to be repaired. The process was quick and easy. I dropped my phone off and it was ready for pick up one hour later.
From the time that I got on the phone with asurion which I believe I was speaking with a lady who was helping me and I don't remember her name was an awesome experience, and she was nice as well not even knowing that I was having a crazy day, but who ever the lady was she was nice and then there's the two guys Kyle and Kirby. They were awesome and they were patient and they were helpful and they were thoughtful and they were supportive and this whole entire time. I had no idea what I was dealing with and they were able to keep me calm and to know that everything will be OK and they fix my phone and help me get back home which was an hour and a half away I stood inside AT&T for 45 minutes and not one single soul address me or helped me, and when they finally did all they told me was to go to these people seven doors down you break I fix. They didn't help me do a claim or anything but everyone else is great. AT&T was horrible.
Can't say enough good things about my experience. My phone is like new again! The technician was very nice and helpful. The repairs were finished in about an hour which was even faster than I expected considering the number I did on my phone screen.
On Friday 12/23 I had an appt.window from 9 to 11 they called at 11 and pushed it to 3 to 5 at 4 I called the Lakeland store and Brandon or Brenna (what he said his name was) yelled at me cut me off multiple times and said he "don't know what to tell you" and hung up on me I called and rescheduled again for Tuesday 12/26 from 9 to 11 and they never came AGAIN I CALLED THE CEO OFFICE they scheduled a replacement delivery from 8pm to 9pm they again never came he never called just canceled the appt again now I had to reschedule for them to deliver it in 1 to 3 business days which i doubt will happen because they are full of sh*t this is ridiculous I have never been treated like this as a customer they make promises they can't keep and there is no communication they do not care about their consumers I pay monthly for my insurance and this is sad that I can't even depend on the CEO department to make things right. Don't deal with asurion if you value your sanity because I swear I'm bout to lose it with these people. BBB complaint is the next step
For deal with some issues but instantly was directed to a woman out of Texas with customer support and she was so amazing and so great I wish I remembered her name so shout out to the woman in Texas that would freeze if she was in the Colorado! Her Ability to fix the problems But also to make the process smooth an relaxing by difusing frustrations an calming anxiety an stress I had not having a phone, she was amazing an smiled like schoolboy knowing phone on the way. She made my whole experience worth it.
I was dreading this phone fix but your team in Midtown East by Grand Central in NYC (I believe his name is Jonathan) was absolutely fantastic. He made sure I understood the process comfortably and made the whole experience so seamless.
Place claim due to phone being stolen. No problem getting claim processed but had to buy cheap temp phone while waiting for new phone to ship. Would give 5 stars if phone had been available at store.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
