It is so easy to do a full claim online and if you feel you would rather call then call to do your claim. All customer reps are friendly, professional and if they need to search for an answer they will get you the right answer. If you need your devices protected call Asurion.

My Asurion tech was the most amazing individual to offer to meet me at my place of employment earlier than my scheduled time as I would not be able to leave work earlier. He was curteous and very efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed my device in no time at all & hand delivered it back to me. So pleased with the results both times we have ever had to file a claim.with Asurion. Both issues were fixed promptly and the process to file a claim is so easy!

My tech was terrific. I didn't have the paperwork anymore and was worried about the numbers, but my tech helped me get them from my phone. Once that was done, it was smooth sailing.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
