SCAMMERS! ASOS have blocked my account without issuing my refund and tell me there is nothing they can do because the account is blocked! What a way to scam money from people! Avoid at all costs. ASOS provide poor quality, faulty clothes and then block your account without letting you have your say. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and they were so quick to block me for no real reason! Terrible customer service! Stay away! They're thieves!
I've been a customer of ASOS for 12 years and have given them SOOO much money as it was the only place I used to shop when I was a teenager. I stopped shopping with them recently due to the quality of clothes and that there's way too much choice, even when you narrow it down, you see the same sorts of clothes on there. Anyway, I decided to recently shop on there again to give it another go. My mistake, I didn't know they had changed their returns policy. I wanted to return 3 of the 6 items I'd ordered but I was two days late. It just leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you've placed so many orders throughout the years and never caused any issues, to be told you can't return them at all, not even for a voucher instead. The clothes I got are low in stock as well, so they could easily sell them. It was my fault but I'm so upset that I now have this on my credit card to try and pay off. It's a cost of living crisis and online companies like this (where you buy more than you need so that you can try them on) should show some grace. I miscalculated the 28 days and thought I was fine.
I won't be shopping with them ever again. Yes, a policy is a policy but if you can go above and beyond for certain cases it would have made me be like "woah, they're AWESOME." They've changed their returns policy a bunch of times so it's hard to keep up! I'll stick to my trusty John Lewis now. RIP ASOS.
I purchases the Barbie collection shoes and they did not send the original Barbie box and refuse too after I spoke with there so called managers and also charged he 122.00 for custom. Do not buy from them they are dishonest
I made an order with this company 10 days ago, my parcel was lost and no one bothered emailing or letting me know, after reaching out to them they promised a replacement which ended up being a 20% promo code that was sent to me through the email, i reached out again to find out what the hell was going and how is it fair for them to take my money, waste my time and give me a joke of a promo code. They started giving vague answers promising to get my item.
To this day i still didn't get my item and i dont know how in the world would this scammers still be in business.
AVOID AT ALL COST FOR YOU OWN SANITY AND PEACE OF MIND.

I have been ordering from ASOS since 2020 and every order is something I didn't select. I ordered a $200 dress in pink and received a blue version. I ordered a size 18 coat and received a 22? Ordered a size 18 top and got a 12? Their clothes cost too much to keep gambling like this and I'm tired of returning things to the post office. I'm not understanding why they can't send the correct items so I'm done with ASOS!
When I contacted Asos the initially said they'd refund. When the refund never hit my account and I reached out they refused to refund and close my account. I provided them with evidence showing the package information (weight and dimensions) proving it couldn't possibly have all arrived. They ignored and just closed my account. Awful customer experience.
Dont order from them. I made my FIRST ever clothes shopping from them. Sizes are mixed up as clothes are diferent brands.
I send clothe back in there original packaging. And Asos reused to make refound.! Contact them lots of time thru chat but they refuse to give any answer

These online stores like Asos are great, until something goes wrong. They are refusing to accept returns, a mere 14 days after delivery. Consumer law specifically states store policies do not supersede consumer rights and "It's illegal for businesses to rely on store policies or terms and conditions which deny these rights.". So now I have to go through the laborious process of raising an ACCC complaint. Thanks for nothing Asos, that will be the last time I shop with you (a former $500+ a year customer).

Asos customer service is very poor compared to most other retailers. They are unable or unwilling to help customers when something goes wrong. I ordered an item that was due to be delivered the next day but have had absolutely no help from asos in getting a refund or replacement although i have made it clear the items did not arrive in time for my trip and i am now out of the country. Absolutely useless. Asos used to be a serious online retailer but competion from the likes of boohoo and shein seems to have really led to their decline. Lesson learned; i wont be buying from them again.
Buying sale items has a hidden "final sale" notice that is barely visible on the VERY last screen when a customer already made all the selections and is inputing the credit card info! How sneaky is that! A customer already is not looking at the items, one is ready to pay! So the site gives 4 screens of normal sale price listing and ONLY on the last screen with the credit card it pops that "final sale" mini font and in mini window that if the customer doesn't scroll for the sale item the customer won't even see it!
There is no return or ANY help on the final sale items from ASOS.

I made a purchase and had to change it and re purchase the same items over again this left money in my account being held 14 days past the purchase for the same order twice and was not able to gain access to the funds at all until the 14 ASOS did nothing to assist me in resolving this issue. I will not ever make another purchase from them it was over a 250.00 purchase so having my find tied up unavailable to me for 14 was beyond an inconvenience. Moving forward in the future I'll purchase from a company with better customer service that will work with me to resolve any such issues in the future
Bought trainers returned them over ten days later still no refund kept contacting them all I get is wait more so we can manually refund you still no refund so have to contact again later there staff are so rude like they are doing you a favour yet still no refund will have to take it further as I won't let that amount go
So I purchased sneakers new balance 9060 on their website. First thing I noticed before I even opened the package is that shoes were out of the box. When I opened the package I found a box completely damaged and shoes I received were completely different from what I purchased from you. I received new balance model ct302, this is ridiculous. I inspected the box and saw 2 barcodes sticked to one side - one is for ct302 and another one for 9060. So guys probably did a mistake. ALSO. I think that shoes I received are actually FAKE. They smell like a glue and rubber. Take a look at the pictures and NEVER EVER ORDER from them.
They advertise refunds on their items, but they don't make it clear which item until after you perches it. Its aldo difficult to get in contact with customer care.
They lie to you. They deceive you. Just avoid. I ordered something and it didnt arrive for over 5 months they kept telling me theyd processed a refund 6 TIMES AND THEY NEVER DID! Also if youre in australia and you dont like something or THE PICTURES ARE HEAVILY EDITED and then the item looks nothing like the pictures they charge you $9 for returns for items that they lied about. Just stay away. Theyre not worth your time or hard earned money.
My order was a package of 8 items, i ordered at 17 july, i paid fast delivery in two days, the order delayed for 6 days, noone answer me at the carrier company, the asos customer care didnt reached the customer care of the carrier and they dont answer the phone, and noone called us from them to deliver the order
They cancelled my order and REFUSED to give me my money back. Instead they gave me a 15% off code to use for future purchases. Like I'd ever order something from these scam artists. I spent over 45 minutes chatting with a member of their team who refused to help in any way and said there is no way to talk on the phone with a team member or file a dispute. I've never dealt with such a worse run company

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
