You can order from here but DO NOT RETURN unless you can ensure that you have a tracking number. On their receipts, it says to not do certified mail as their service pays for the return fees so you get it for free. DON'T DO IT AND RETURN IT CERTIFIED if you must. It has been way over 10 days since they should have received my package but it is insufficient because I do not have a tracking number. The post office tells me that ASOS is supposed to supply it because they paid for the return service and ASOS is telling me that the post office is supposed to supply it. I don't even know who's lying but according to all of the bad reviews, I would say the latter. I lost $80.
3 months ago I ordered a few things. I didnt like one of the items, so I returned them. After 2 months I still have not received my money back. And I see that I am not the only one with that problem. I find it ridiculous that they do not give people their money back. And this is seriously a crime and someone should really do something about it. They dont even deserve one star. The customer service is also the worst thing I have ever experienced.

. I ordered some clothes for the 4th of July on June 23rd. It's now July 8th AMD they just told me they would be in contact within 14 days. They have no idea where my order is and neither do I. Their app is horrible and glitchy, and there customer service is little to no help. No matter what the proce, stay away from this vendor! The worst clothing experience I've ever had in my life
I ordered 2 maternity dresses for my baby shower, when they arrived one was completely incorrect. Ofcourse it was the one I was the most excited about. I immediately contacted asos via email to explain the situation. I was told its no longer in stock but I can receive a refund. I sent both dresses back, the other one I just didnt like, and the incorrect dress. Well I was only refunded for one dress, and not the incorrect dress. Ive talked to countless ASOS reps through the chat, sent another email, wrote them on twitter and Facebook. No one is helping me, only telling me to wait. First it was 24hrs now its 2 weeks! Thats insane! I opened a dispute through my PayPal, and I plan on escalating it. This is unacceptable.
My go to online fashion store- and they deliver to Dubai in 3 days. I am so happy with Asos and love their plus size clothing ranges. Great quality and great prices too with excellent delivery service... keep it up!
Ive been a loyal customer of Asos for 12 years, I purchased over £200 worth of item last Friday 22rd June (next day delivery) and its now Monday 2nd July and nothing; no refund, no goods; nothing! My son is very disappointed because the things purchased was is Birthday presents Which was June 24th; Ive repeatedly called the customer service and all they met telling me its Beyond their control its their IT department whom deals with it, I rang their head offfice the same whats the point of having a customer service! Any way I will never buy from them again as soon as the resolve my issue I will deactivate my Asos account farewell Asos!
I have placed many orders with this company and my most recent order had an item missing. The customer service team just keeps replying "they are looking into it" and when I question this they are very rude. Luckily, it was a cheap item because I do not think I'll be getting my money back. Will never order from them again.

They said the delivery fee is free but it costs 22CAD for receiving. I mentioned about it to them and they replied me below. "Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges, and can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It's a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order in the future, so you're not surprised by charges you weren't expecting." Who can expect about the import duties without note! They must have so many inquiry from people who has same trouble before but they don't mention on their website. So kind, huh? They allow canceling the order only in 15 mins after we order. The merchandise was completely different from the pictures. Their marketing is totally fake!
They might be cheap in price, but your real trouble starts when you order something which is really very good looking and only 1 or 2 piece left in stock. You pay for it, what does that mean? That means that item is reserved for you. Now their staff sends you a wrong item ( which is 90% lookalike to the one you ordered). Now the product goes out of stock on their website. So where is the one that you already paid for and should be reserved for you? Their hopeless, idiot staff dont understand English well and you ask them any question, different agents answer you all the time and no one actually knows whats going on. They are dumb. Idiots they are. Never ever buy from them. Trash they are.
I ordered a dress and paid the extra fee for quicker delivery to wear to an event, they not only sent me a random dress i never ordered but when i confronted them about it they said they are going to send me the correct order, come next week still nothing, i contacted them again and spoke to Evelyn who was rude and just told me my order is stuck in the warehouse and did not want to discuss it any further and closed the chat on me (this is unacceptable especially when someone has spent their hard earned money and you cannot even provide them a timeline or if they will even get their order) till this day still no dress and no refund... this company is becoming to be more and more of a fraud, if you want to risk your money then order from this disgusting company, they need to be held liable for lying to their customers and the fraud they have become!
I needed a party dress for a special occasion dinner and so ordered a dress from Asos. I have ordered before but never paid extra for express shipping. Asos does not tell you what courier company/broker they use to ship out your package. They only tell you you will receive your package in a week. A day later I receive text from courier DHL that my order is arriving and the hefty fees being charged. My package came in 2 days. When I got the package, I had to pay $30 Canadian on top of the $7.50 pounds express shipping charge! So the dress that was such a bargain at 19 pounds ended up costing an additional $50 in duty, customs and extra fees! Way more then what the dress cost! I was so upset, I contacted customer service via live chat. I spoke to rep Eleanor who was horrible- she kept saying there's nothing they could do, couldn't offer me a small credit or anything because it's my fault. I said if I had known it would be DHL I wouldn't have ordered because I know from past experience DHL charges exhoribitant fees! It is not written on their website what courier/broker they use I told her. She said they don't know either because it depends on what item you purchase! Then really the customer would never know- so if your unlucky and it's DHL, you could end up paying insane fees on top of the amount you paid for express shipping! This is unacceptable! Eleanor was completely unprofessional and unhelpful, she ended the live chat without resolving my case. She should be fired! I was such a loyal customer of asos, spending hundreds of dollars over the years and now it's such a total disappointment to receive such shoddy service from them. They don't care about their customers at all! Do not buy from them!
I have used ASOS for years but I recently encountered a problem and the company was of NO help at all! I did not receive my package for over a week! They did not issue refunds, even Amazon does better and they are valued at a lot more. Terrible customer service! Customers beware... they will eventually disappoint you!
@ASOS I ordered a jumper for my rehearsal dinner. It didnt arrived by the delivery date so I checked the tracking and It hadnt been updated. I reached out to ASOS and they quickly replied that it would be here June 15(4 days after the original expected delivery). June 18 I decided to reach back out and ask for an update. They lost my package. I told the really unhelpful gentleman that this was for my rehearsal dinner and now that that has passed I am done dealing with their company and just would like a refund. Well he refused. He said they reported it to their shipment team and theyll be in touch. So I got online to try to call someone to get different help. You cant. You can only chat with someone who will copy and paste the same response over and over again. I spent $200 on this order and much more before that. I will never purchase from ASOS again.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I ordered a dress on 21 May and my order confirmation email said due to arrive on June 6th. As that date came closer i checked again it it then said June 13th, then 14th and now 15th. Today is the 17th of June and still no item! I spoke to the chat multiple times and every answer was identical saying I actaully have to wait until JULY 3rd to receive the dress before they will even look into this matter. They told it it is up to me to speak to my neighbours and local post in order to find out where my item is? Yet, they wouldnt give me a tracking number so of course my post office cant help me! SO FRUSTRATED.
Do not waste your time. They just jerk you around until you get fed up and leave them alone. They wont refund me at all!

This place has THE WORST customer service even while chatting with them in the chat box they take forever to respond. Its literally only one person responding to thousands of people. Its ridiculous. They sent me the wrong size in shoe, mind you I paid expedited shipping, and I live in the US. On the website it said it was a female shoe and arrives saying MALE SHOE?! How does that even happen! And it was super expensive. Obviously they don't know how to run an organized professional company.
I am a petite girl and was thrilled to find a Petite section on Asos' website. Using the measurements of each item on the site, I put in an order I was very excited about, because by the measurements the clothing would fit perfectly! Needless to say, every single article of clothing was a completely different size than what was advertised on the site.
I had to pay all of the shipping costs to return the items to them, and still 3 months later, I hadn't heard anything from the company. I tried to contact them to see about my return and refund, and they said they couldn't do anything about it and their customer service was very bland, unhelpful, and it seemed like the agent was basically copying and pasting paragraphs from a manual.
Looking back, I definitely wish I didn't order with them, because a huge warning sign was that they don't allow customer reviews on their website. If they did allow reviews, I would have seen all of the awful things people are saying here, and steered clear of this terrible company. NEVER AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COST!

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
