Asos have changed the returns process where you set it up online and take it to your nearest return point. I did this then travelled the 10 miles to do so to be told the code doesn't work... This was after they tried scanning it and manually entering it three times. Asos sent me another one after fice days of asking so I did the same trip to be told the same thing again by collect plus. So 20 miles driven and still unable to return the parcel. So for the last nine days I have messages every day and nicely asked for a label to be posted out to me as I don't have a printer., four times I have been sent a label to print off and then Yesterday they sent me a code to return via asda. My nearest asda is 100mile round trip! So trying to save the planet by not putting labels in the parcel has already involved me travelling 20 miles for nothing. I cant seem. To get thru to them about any of it, they aren't reading my message properly at all. They really are joke and for the hassle of all this I Will never order with these bunch of clowns again.
I received the order with 2 wrong sizes of a footwear. I ordered slides size 9 and received size 8; Also I ordered 6.5 size sneakers that I found in women's section and received the same model of sneakers but for men so men's 6.5 size is quite big. I contacted the customer support and they refuse to pay for their mistake, they just said I need to return the items and since I am an international customer they don't offer free return from my location. So it does not make sense to pay shipping cost which is very expensive. The worst service! Just stay away!

I live in Canada and this was my worst online ordering experience. This company has no respect for guaranteed service. I ordered with Asos before the covid crisis exploded and I never received my order even though the package would have been "shipped".
After several email exchanges(!), they finally agreed to pay me back, but make no mistake... not everyone gets a refund! Before ordering do a lot of research... otherwise don't order!
Stole my money during covid. Waited months for my order to arrive but nothing. Supposedly returned to sender. Asos promised they will refund but nothing and horrible communication.
They even know I have a brain injury. Reprehensible conduct.
Update. Since told refunded but I can't check plus they had my money for months and let me down.
Ordered some stuff (glad i didn't spend too much) in April, it is still on the way and it's been more than a month now. Tried to contact customer service twice and for the second time they told me my order was sent back to the warehouse without any reason. They also said to wait another 21 days (I'm pretty sure it will be more than that) to get a refund. Kind of disappointed... Also the lady who was helping last time was very blunt and advised me to close the chat window while I was still trying to ask questions. I usually never write bad reviews because oh well it's an e shop and stuff happens, but i mean... at least try to be helpful in resolving issues since you're such a big company
I had to email them twice to get my return acknowledged (after they sent me a ladie's shoe size when I ordered a men's shoe from the men's section. No apologies for their error of course. When I finally got my refund iver a week after they said I would, they wouldn't refund taxes, shipping costs, or returns costs even though it was their fault, sticking me with paying $25 for a poor shopping experience. Never again Asos, seriously- buy anywhere else but them.
I paid 15 euros for a yearly premium delivery, which I think is great if you think about making more than one purchase. I made my order from France and the first time I bought on their website the item arrived within 4 days with DHL, while the second time the package arrived within 3 days with UPS!
Cost me 40% COD to collect my shipment from Canada Post. This was not clear on the website. I would not recommend ordering from ASOS Canada unless you are willing to be up to 45% extra for your sale
I've been shopping with ASOS for 7 years now and they never disappoint! I've only ever had 1 issue recently where my package was lost by the FedEx driver but that wasn't ASOS fault. ASOS then sent me a whole new package express shipping. They respond fast and delivery is always on time. I shop here because they provide good quality in clothes & also their service. I will always be a loyal shopper.

The back of my asos box is not taped, it can be opened easily. 2 out of 3 items are missing (both are makeup). Asos is not responding to my query. What a terrible customer service. Do not trust this company. Especially if you want to order something valuable.
Honestly worst online experience I've ever had... and I religiously shop online. An item was missing from my order and all the dresses were HUGE! I used the sizing chart and am always a size 6 which looked true with their chart. All my items I received could fit 3 of me in them! I even went to double check that I didn't order some weird size, but everything was correct... two of the dresses were COMPLETELY see through as well, and poor quality. Couldn't email them cause the page just goes grey after clicking submit. Contacted through Facebook took forever for a response. When I got one, took 4-5 days For them to reply again. And it's always someone different. I've had 4 different people dealing with it with no solutions or answers. They sent me a link to return items which YOU foot the bill for. But no response on my MISSING item! I am sooooo unhappy with this experience. Between the 50$ customs bill I paid for 100$ order and now having to pay return shipping it cost me almost as much as my order to receive nothing in the end! Be cautious!
Please get more professional workers at customer service. I keep having very bad experiences and they are unnecessary. This has only been happening recently and I usually have good things to say about Asos but I have been asking for a prove of delivery and copy of the awb so I can know wt went wrong. I asked dpd for it and they refused to send it as it should be requested by asos and not the customer
This is a wonderful company! I have ordered from ASOS multiple times and feel like it's time to give them a great review. They have a wide variety fashion products to choose from and I love the videos showing what the product looks like on a model. The size assistance feature is also a great tool that has helped my shopping experience. They have A+++ customer service and an amazing return policy. My items are always shipped within a timely manner and returns are processed in a timely manner as well. Customer service responses are quick and if there is ever a problem ASOS will do the best they can to assist you. I wish they would go back to including return labels in the packages, but other than that everything has been great! Keep it up ASOS! I will shop with you forever because of your great customer service and great product selections.

Waited so long past my estimated delivery date just to never hear from them, I had to contact them via Twitter and Facebook just for them to stop replying. I got a response only because I had to tweet at them regarding my issues. Only for them to tell me my address was "insufficient/incorrect" and that I would have to wait another 20 days for a refund. I had to wait a solid few days for a simple response even though I would respond less then 15 minutes after them. Sorry if this is confusing there was just so many things that went wrong on their end especially in terms of communication and the whole situation was beyond frustrating. Just DONT BUY FROM ASOS.
I ordered little less than $80 and paid $30 custom. This is ridiculous since they didn't mention this before the purchase and the person who was working at the post office said that they are doing this on purpose to make us pay the custom. I emailed them about this and they said their team is looking into it and never heard back from them for days. I had to contact them again and all they say is we are still looking into it. Funny thing is when I emailed them second time, I forgot to include my personal info including my order number, they didn't even confirm who I am and said they are looking to solve my problem. I also ordered three items and got only two. What a huge disappointment. People don't shop here if you want to loose your money and time. It is big, well-known company, but they are just bunch of thieves who are pretending to help you when something goes not right.
I purchased two dresses, my total was 100 canadian dollars. I was charged 50 dollars duty to get them passed the border, and one of these dresses ended up being completely incorrect. I ordered a UK10 and was sent a UK24. In response, I had to ship the item back and pay for shipping in order to get a refund for the dress! When expressing my concerns they completely disregarded the duty fee in emails, when I asked for a reference number they directed me to a third party company that couldnt provide me with any substantial refund. I will never order from this website again, I can't believe I need to justify their own mistake, I feel like I have literally burned money.
They shipped me the wrong product by mistake. Then then said in order to return this product I would have to pay to send it back to them. Even though this was a company error, they did not take response for their mistake. They wanted me to pay out of pocket for a company error
I placed an order with ASOS Mid February Expected delivery was March15 we are currently MAY! I have yet to receive my package I have been emailing their customer service team every day to every other day all they do is give me the run around. I laid 95$ and received nothing so ARE THEY THIEVES? Every time someone replies to me they just tell me to look around my house for the package. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
