I have placed my order on july 25th and today is august 10th and i still haven't received my order, plus i have paid $19.99 for an express shipping (which they call it a 2 days shipping). I have been contacting them for 11 days straight and their customer service does not even bother reading my email!
I contact them asking for help and all they answer me is hello, how are you? How can i help you? LLIKE SERIOUSLYYYYY?! I feel like they have hired an elementary school kids with zero training and just gave them the tasks of answering customers emails... I am really sorry for them doing this because I have been a customer of them for over 3 years and i was very happy with their service but i just dont know whats happening to them now. I would never shop from their website again because basically they just stole my money, did not send my order and and did not even answer my emails or try to help me.

I placed an order for the first time with ASOS two weeks ago, and instantly regretted it when I saw all the horrible reviews. Fortunately, my experienced with ASOS ended up being lovely!

I bought 4 pieces of clothing (2 tops, a pair of jeans, and leggings) which they told me would take around a week to ship. All of my purchases ended up coming 2 days early and were all fairly nice quality. I was a little concerned with the pants because I bought them size 'tall' but I am 5'11 and sometimes 'tall' can still be too short. However, the pants fit great and were by-far long enough. Now I live in Chicago so I am not sure if living in an urban city helped my order arrive faster, but overall I really enjoyed shopping with ASOS!

Dissapointing product

Bought the ASOS DESIGN denim jacket article *******. Looked good and not too expensive.
Received the product just fine. But guess what? There are pieces of loose cloth on the inside of the jacket where you would expect pockets. The sides are sewn shut which is okay but no bottom and the jacket is single layer denim so unfixable without seeing stitches on the outside. A jacket without ANY pockets. And they call that ASOS DESIGN? I call it ASOS Idiocy. Will never buy ASOS again.

I stumbled across ASOS.com 1.5 years ago and have been religiously shopping there. They have a great return policy - Free returns within 30 days. Their clothes are not as consistent in size and quality, but I find more cute clothes than not. They have such a large array of clothes!

The cons about shopping here is that your items will most likely always arrive much later than the expected arrival date. But I honestly don't mind that issue. Also, I encountered an issue once, where they shipped the wrong size on an item that I purchased with a 30% off code. When I informed them that it was their mistake and that they should honor me the 30% off code for the right size, they didn't honor it. That was a frustrating experience, but I only encountered that one issue in the span of a year of continually shopping with them. If that was my first experience with this company, I would not continue shopping there. But since the positives outweigh the negatives, I will continue spending my money shopping here.

I would recommend shopping here!

NEVER ORDER FROM ASOS and TELL EVERYONE you know!

I had the settings to the Canadian site, in CAD and they still charged me USD, and the duty fees are just outrageous. It should have only been $275 and if I pay the duty fees it would be $536. Over 40% higher than the site said. I am not even picking up the package, this way they can't charge me for return fees, b/c the package was never picked up. I would not be more disappointed and I am warning everyone! ASOS WILL try and rip you off even when you set the site to your currency. OUTRAGEOUS

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PURVEYOR! NONONOOO!

First time customer and never, ever again. They advertise "free returns" and no where do they specify you must use UPS in the US. When I attempted to return the items I informed them I do not have a printer and have sent multiple emails requesting information regarding how to return via the USPS. They keep spamming me with "here's your UPS number." I was absolutely willing to pay to return and informed them of such but nope, kept sending me a UPS number. I supplied every. Single. Bit of information regarding my order: My original email contained the Order number and date. You would think they could simply look the order up via the order number. Nope, not good enough. They wanted *me* to supply alll the item numbers, size, description, color etc. which I did. Nope, still keep getting UPS tracking number. This has been going on for weeks and my sense is they use delaying tactics so the customer will miss the date to receive their money back.

I am totally fed up and will contact my credit union tomorrow to do a charge back. I am also contacting my state's Attorney General's Office, Consumer Complaints/Fraud and filing a complaint. I advise everyone to do the same.
When ASOS starts having financial institutions taking our money BACK from this company and refunding it to us the consumer on a regular basis maybe they'll stop using fraudulent advertising and return methods to rip customers off. No wonder people get their money back and don't send the items back: You waste their time, jerk them around for weeks and months and then you pay, ASOS. In EVERY WAY.
This company is despicable.

Two weeks since my orders arrived and I still do not have my return labels. For some reason their system will not allow me, the customer, nor their "specialist team" to request UPS labels. About a week ago, following a 24 message thread of emails, I still have no labels and no refund. I have been referred TWICE to their "specialist team" as well as their "customer escalation team". At one point I was told I was being forwarded to the "CEO" of ASOS. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. Their response was that I would again be forwarded to their "specialist team"... the same one who were unable to help me twice now. Where I come from. This type of issue would warrant an immediate apology and a refund in full. I used to be a major fan of ASOS. I did almost all of my clothing shopping from them. I no longer will endorse or recommend anyone to shop them. Their attempt at being more "eco friendly" by no longer including packing slips or return labels in their packages is leaving an even larger carbon footprint now that dozens of emails are being stored on servers which use electricity. What a joke. Still no return labels. Still no refund. Terrible business practice.

Poor service

U bought a sweatshirt and a swimsuit, when I got it, I was charged additional 23$, and when I opened the package I discovered a sweatshirt with a huge stain on it and the swimsuit that literally fits my 9 years old daughter. I wrote to customer service and attached pictures and they just told me they are sorry and I didn't get any refund.

I used the sizing chart to order two pairs of shorts. They arrived and were so huge! When I wrote ASOS they said the sizing chart wasn't really the ultimate guide, but that it says somewhere on the website to order your usual size. How is that helpful? I ended up paying just as much in shipping duties and return fees as the items cost and they refused to do anything about it.

Their cuts and fabrics are so cheap looking not at all how it shows in picture. My package was two weeks late after paying extra for faster shipping and I had to pay another $100 for duties and taxes for two crap items. Basically, they are another crap online Chinese store but more expensive.

I made an online purchase and wanted to return the merchandise because their stuff runs small. However since I paid with Paypal, I only received an invoice number and in order to return you need an ORDER number. ASOS has no contact number so be forewarned! There is no one you can talk to and their live chat really isn't a live person, it's all automated. So I've opened a dispute with Paypal. In the meantime, the clock has ticked away and i'm now over the 28-day refund policy timeframe. Don't shop at ASOS!

I ordered two dresses from this company and put in my correct address and they still sent the package to my old address and when I asked for a refund or for the package to be sent to the correct address, they refused and were super rude about it. I still have not received a refund and the customer service team is hard to get in contact with and were very belittling.

Customer service representative refused to give me a refund called kainaat once I told her this is the third time I'm on this chat and I have been waiting over two weeks for my order and your issues are between you and carrier... she replied saying don't worry you will not be out o pocket very poor customer service after 3 times complain not once anyone offered an alternative or reassurance not even a solution to send me another order delivery! They kept telling me we investigating and no update this took half of the month of July! Never ever again I use asos and I will tell everyone how poor they are in terms of customer service

Ordered a pair of boots off of ASOS. Followed the size chart and size assistant, but boots came in and they were way too big -- my feet could easily slip out of the boot. I messaged customer services to ask for a refund as their item did not fit the size description, and they asked me to pay for shipping back, which was 50% of the price of the boots. I am disappointed. I will not buy from them again.

Waste of money

I should of looked at reviews because I wouldn't have thought twice and bought from the site. Asos charged me a third for some fees I had to pay before receiving my package, took forever to arrive. The clothes I bought were incredible cheap didn't like a single thing, completely different from the picture. After returning the whole package, they deduced me from the full refund even though everything was in perfect condition, the way I got it.

Don't shop here. If by any chance you need help with an order getting in touch with customer service is impossible. No phone number. They don't respond to emails. No chat option. I ended up Facebook messaging them and they would take 3 days between each message to respond.

Just bad in general

I ordered shirts a size bigger for me when I received them I had to pay an extra to get my package after that the shirt were not fitting so I tried contacting them. Worst customers service ever! Now I need to pay AGAIN to sent the stupid shirts to get a refund. Waste of money and time.

I ordered at the beginning of july. Order was not shipped until 4 days later and told an item was out of stock AFTER being shipped out. I had to go order the bathing suit bottom elsewhere. Then entire order was lost. Only customer service help was wait and see until the following day... if I could access the online chat which is the only way to get in touch if you don't do social media. And the chat was down for 5 days. Told I would get a refund so I went and bought elsewhere. Then told I was not getting a refund. Told I would get a call from senior customer service. Didnt happen either. Every day they tell me to wait until the next day for a refund. No solutions, no help. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Total thievery
