I always usually shop at ASOS as I have the next day free delivery scheme. My last few orders have been arriving 4/5 days late, when you speak to ASOS they just tell you to track the order. I know I can track the order, I'm wondering why I'm paying for next day delivery but waiting 5 days? My last order than came 8 days late. This really annoyed me as it was a Christmas present and I'd specifically paid for next day delivery. On the 6th day they told me they would issue me a refund for the inconvenience. On the 8th day they messaged me saying ‘no more refund as the item has just been delivered'. I then had to really complain about the fact it was 8 days late and the ASOS worker begrudgingly gave a 10% discount (which I get anyway as an emergency service worker). Their delivery system is awful and always late, and their drivers have left my packages in all sorts of places - rarely actually outside of my front door. They're very lucky nothing has been stolen or I would be taking it further. I wouldn't recommend ASOS, the customer service is non existent, no point paying for next day delivery as it never comes the next day, the staff are less than helpful and the drivers simply cannot be bothered to walk up one flight of stairs so they leave it wherever they please to be easily stolen.
Be careful when ordering from them! Their site is glitchy and doesn't always save when you make updates. I tried multiple times to change my shipping address and it didn't update properly and was shipped to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service they kept sending me a generic emails telling me the steps I needed to take which I told them were impossible for me to do since I moved across the country. The first rep, Jo ignored my email. So then I contacted them on the chat. She also sent me the same generic response. I explained to the rep that their site was glitchy and wouldn't save my updated address which was why it was sent to the wrong address in the first place. I sent her a screen shot showing her the proof that it still wouldn't update. She finally told me not to worry, that I would receive a refund. I was then emailed by Georgia the next day who told me I wouldn't be receiving a refund and sent me the same generic email as the two before her. I replied again explaining my same predicament and she went on to ghost me. The most unhelpful customer service. It felt like I was communicating with immature teenagers over text. They were hard to get ahold of, distant, didn't believe me, went back on their word, and all ghosted me in the end. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from them again.
My package never arrived. There is no phone number. Customer service doesn't response to messages, emails, or tweets. There is no way to get your money back. Don't ever buy from this company.
I returned two orders in the same package and they are refusing to process both returns because they cannot locate the return. I am owed over £350 and they are refusing to refund this due to incompetencies in their returns department.
I got most of my clothes and presents as they do some nice gifts - I have the next day delivery subscription which is ideal. Prices are good and there always seems to be a sale.
I just wish they did children's clothes as I could shop here too for those.
I ordered a dress that was on sale for 56 dollars. It came with a rip black marks on the skirt, makeup inside and no tag. The worst customer service ever.
ASOS sent email saying package was delivered ( NOT!) and asked for review. I expressed my displeasure and they REJECTED my review, saying I violated their review standards. Then asked me to resubmit review and then rejected that also. My review was as stated above - not offensive at all, just negative as I still do not have order and am out $105.00. Followed up with Fed Ex and they say I have no pending shipments. BUYER BEWARE!

Bad Experience bought blue hoodie dress arrived with brown white dirty marks & previously worn by another customer with hair all over. Item arrived in a disgusting manner ASOS do not follow Covid 19 guidelines beware when purchasing anything from them double check it. My item was refunded even though I asked for a replacement they promised a replacement but then said I will not be getting that. Be very careful with ASOS you do not want to catch something because it has not been quarantined.
They say free shipping and return! I had to pay $80 to canada post to get the package and had to pay $25 to return. Liars and theives. Just stay away

Asos is beyond incompetent. They screwed up my order twice and still haven't refunded my money.
They sent the wrong order and their solution was for me to order another one. Thats it and a whole lot of apologies and excuses. Below are the pictures... I ordered the yellow vest twice but they sent me a yellow jacket and damaged the second order of the vest.
I decided to keep the wrong order and give it to as a gift. I spent more money to reorder what I wanted. Then FEDEX says in a tracking report that the order arrived damaged so they sent it back immediately to ASOS. I never even received the order... the second time.
ASOS delays responses to order issues. They have no phone number. Only messenger and Twitter. Now they are telling me they have to investigate this and it will take 14 days before they refund me my money. Investigate what? Its their fault from the start and my fault for doing business with them.
They're holding on to my money to make a little interest in their accounts until they have to refund me. And they have made more money off me due to their mistakes.
You gamble with internet ordering. At least at the mall you knew exactly what you were buying and what you had in your hand, not what you think you have on the way.
Leave ASOS alone. Their pitiful customer service and order processing is a scam set to prey upon the finances of international customers anywhere in the world.

There is always something wrong with ASOS!
First time I ordered couple of items ( order n *******), they cancelled my order for no reason and I had to order it again. They take too long to pack and send, so never buy from them if you want your thing soon.
Second time I purchase many items worth hundreds of dollars 9 Orders n ******* & *******), then I got an email three days later that one of the item is not in stock anymore! How slack is that having items for sale when you don`t have the item physically in your inventory!
I took about a week before they update delivery status, meaning a week just to handle packing and postage, so Imagine how longer will take to receive your item.
When I contacted their support I was merely offered an apology, nothing to make up for their mix up. Did not offer a similar item for the same price nor a discount or credit code to use on their website. Poor system and poor rectification to a problem. Misleading people and adverting for items those are not in their inventory.
I will stop using this website for this reason, there more genuine and reliable website to buy item from with great deals, such us: Iconic/Farfech or even on Catch ect…

I never had any issues with the UK ASOS but the German ASOS is atrocious - not sure what's worse, the nonexistent customer service or the useless postal system as a whole. I ordered some items from the black friday sale almost 2 weeks ago and was told that they would arrive for the 9 December. Turns out they were only shipped on the 8 December and when I asked customer service about what's going on, no further information was provided other than "there might be delays, please allow time up to the 21 December for them to arrive" - so I guess it now takes them one month to ship items to Germany when it only took 5 days for another order placed on the same day, to arrive to Greece.
Never ordering from these people again - the estimated delivery dates are lies!
I order a next day delivery wish got postponed for 1 day. That's not an issue, so I waited and stayed home the the after. But the currier doesn't call me just leaves a note in my mailbox that I wasn't home. So I call and they tell me that he will leave my package in a box where I can collect it in the evening. No mail when the clock turns 00. So next day I contact ASOS, all of a sudden they ask me to wait for 7 more days so 9 days instead of 1. I obviously ask for a refund and they can keep the clothes. Custom supports tells me "I understand but I can't help you sorry" if custom support can't help the customers then Who can? I feel scammed of my money since I don't want ASOS clothes anymore, so be warned before placing your order.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago with a guarantee it would be delivered by Dec. 10th. My debit card was charged $44 however I never received a confirmation email on my order or a shipping email. I tried to contact the company but the chat isnt working and the email option just keeps resetting to the original page without allowing me to send an email. I have no way to contact the company to get my money back.
Purchased online on the Canadian ASOS site. Order included free delivery for a total order of $119. Received the order at the local post office with a COD charge of $16.75. Talk to customer support. It's apparently taxes and duties. There is nowhere on the order or online where it suggests there may be extra charges. This is short sited on ASOS' part and seems like sketchy business practices. I will not order from ASOS again. Lets hope I don't have to return this purchase cause I'll be out my $16.75. I am also VERY DISAPPOINTED, like so many others.
Completed order at asos canadian site and was charged custom cost with no notice. Contacted the company regarding this issues and ask where it was indicated during the ordering process. After 50 min, the only answer received was that they are not responsible of the custom cost. Did not answer my question and terminated the chat conversation. Failed to deliver my item for a full week then when i contacted them advised me they would complain to the courier and redliver the item to my work address instead, this didn't happen and after contacting them again 3 times i was told tough and that it was my error and nothing they could do.
Never been so dissapointed, stay away from Asos. Especially Sara who is ignorant and doesnt read your staements of facts properly.

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
