I ordered multiple items including a black puffer jacket for winter. Instead of sending me the jacket I ordered, they sent me the most hideous dress I've ever laid eyes on. They refused to send my jacket until they received the dress back so I decided to return my entire order on principle and delete their app. The quality of the other items in my order were very bad as well and they smelled HORRID.
I ordered a sweatshirt from them and it came faster than expected. The quality was nice, if a bit flaky on the lining material. Can't really complain about that, though, because it was fine after a wash. Currently waiting on a coat from them, we'll see how that goes
This company lures you in with a first time purchase discount only to cancel your order the next day and block your account. No explanation given! No customer service to contact! No way to get back to them because the website has issues. Just pure awful experience! Don't recommend it!

Extremely angry at ASOS for not having any form of communication. My order was "delivered" but was never at my address. It was a gift using a gift card and haven't been able to even track its where about or get a refund because ASOS doesn't have any customer care. VERY Sad.

I ordered a simple electronic gift voucher for my son's birthday. It was never received. Asos never contacted me at all in any way to let me know they ran into a supposed problem with PayPal. I contacted them three different times using their online chat and nobody could find an answer as to why my son never received his gift. Be wary of this company!

Never got a refund for an order I proved to have returned. Talking to their customer service is a waste of time, all they do is insult your intelligence and repeatedly lie to your face until you get tired of it and let them just have your money. Extremely disappointed
I tried to purchase a jacket, and received the same wrong item (a pair of boots) on accident TWICE. They wouldn't refund me without me returning the wrong item, which is understandable, except that I have to spend my time and money getting to the UPS to return it. TWICE. When I reached out to them, I was offered nothing in return, just something about how my feedback will help them get better at their business. Honestly, not worth trying to get the right item.
The refund for a large order took a month. I sent the package with everything in it and somehow they were missing products so I never got full refund. The sizes are so off a $700 order and I had to return everything. Customer service was so slow and they had no solutions. Never ordering again.

Asos cancelled my order and blocked my account after making ONE purchase due to suspicious activity. I know they recently made changes regarding returns but this was the first time I ordered. Now they will not give me any explanation as to why saying it will be looked into. Meanwhile I can't even order from their site. Probably for the best. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
