On April 17,2025 I clicked a link advertising a $1 horoscope report and paid $1 from my PayPal Balance account (see attached. Jpg): appnebula flow, subscription 30 days, credits accumulate (whatever that means), Transaction ID 2MH*******SV*******K / Invoice ID *******757. Be advised that I have never heard from Nebula since April 17, never received that horoscope, never downloaded or used their app, never used their website services (chats, readings, etc.), never been warned of a trial period. It was simply a one-time horoscope of $1 which I deliberately chose to pay with PayPal rather than a credit card to avoid fraudulent charges, or so I thought.
On the evening of May 10,2025, therefore less than 30-day expiration trial period according to Nebula refund policy, which I read "after the fact" so to say, PayPal emailed me that an "authorized" payment of $33.75 was made to Nebula (see attached. Jpg), Transaction ID *******AP*******/ Invoice ID *******516. I immediately emailed both PayPal and Nebula support from within my PayPal account. A certain Jason from Nebula responded (I have his emails) making me an "exceptional" offer of 300 credits which doesn't work for me, I said firstly because I have never signed for any subscription, secondly I will never get on that deceitful website. I need my hard-earned money back not credits. I mean even if I had signed for a subscription, I never got anything from them so what am I paying for $33.75?!
In summation, Nebula horoscope or psychic app is a rip-off and a shady business registered in Nicosia, Cyprus (appnebula.co website, © Spiritual Nebula Limited, 62 Athalassas Avenue, Mezzanine Floor, Strovolos, 2012 Nicosia, Cyprus), so they are not US business. Therefore, I believe that all of US who have been charged fraudulently for Nebula subscription should file a complaint for Nebula app internet scam with the Federal Trade Commission., econsumer.gov, International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN), FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov.
