Warning: Hidden Charges and Unresponsive Support
March 6, 2024

In a very distressing time, I find myself compelled to issue an urgent warning to others after an experience that has left me both alarmed and deeply frustrated. I initially authorized a nominal $1 fee to explore an astrology service, intrigued by the promise of insights. However, this curiosity quickly spiraled into a perplexing and concerning situation.

Without my clear consent, I was blindsided by an unexpected charge of $14.59 for a compatibility report, immediately following my initial engagement. Confused and seeking clarity, I reached out to their support team, with the email address they provided for any questions or concerns, only to be met with silence. My inquiries, aimed at understanding the nature of the charges and whether I had inadvertently subscribed to a recurring service, I sent them two separate emails inquiry, two days anpart and both went unanswered.

The situation escalated alarmingly when, just a few days later, an additional $45 was withdrawn from my account, without any prior notification or explanation. This shocking discovery prompted me to attempt contact through another avenue on their website, given the lack of response to my initial emails.

When a response finally came, it was both dismissive and disheartening. They offered to refund only half of the $45 charge as an "exception," ignoring my repeated requests for full clarity during the trial, I asked in an email if I was put on a subscription and they blatantly ignored my emails. Despite providing evidence of my attempts to reach out and resolve the matter proactively, I was met with poorly constructed excuses and a refusal to fully address the situation. They even went so far as to accuse me of not providing necessary information—a claim blatantly contradicted by the evidence of my proactive communications.

This experience has revealed a deeply troubling pattern of behavior from a company that appears to operate with a predatory mindset, exploiting customers' curiosity for financial gain while deliberately obfuscating their billing practices. Their failure to respond to my inquiries in a timely and transparent manner has not only resulted in unwarranted financial loss on my part but has also showcased a blatant disregard for ethical business practices.

I urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Their willingness to ignore customer inquiries, coupled with a seemingly deliberate attempt to confuse and mislead, speaks volumes about their intentions. It's clear that their practices are not only unethical but predatory, preying on individuals' trust and curiosity.

I implore anyone considering their services to reconsider and to remain vigilant against such deceptive practices. My hope in sharing this distressing experience is to prevent others from falling victim to similar unethical tactics.

I've been going back and forth with somebody who has very poor English at *******@nebulahoroscope.com, for help. But the answers I got there were in broken English, very unhelpful, and dismissive. It was clear they didn't really want to solve my problem.

This whole situation has been a big eye-opener for me. It shows how some companies don't care about treating their customers right, especially when those customers are looking for help. Had they responded to my emails during the trial? I was put on asking about the billing, and if I had inadvertently put myself in a subscription, I would've had plenty of time to cancel but they intentionally ignored me so they could build my card $45 a few days later.

It's a reminder to be very careful when dealing with online services, especially overseas, this case Cyprus, as they clearly only care about one thing, and that is to scam money out of unsuspecting consumers.
