The so called credits that you get to chat with them is rigged. I would pay 10 dollars for 120 credits only to talk with them for less then 3 minutes and when you're text that's not long at all when you are waiting for them to respond. And I don't know how to get hold of their customer service either. Oh and by the way I just looked again and 120 credits is just 3 mins so they will 10 dollar you like crazy for a 3 minute conversation smh not good at all

I only authorized 1 euro for a trial and some time later that day, I discovered an additional 49.99 euros was taken from my credit card. Beware! This was not what I signed up for. I haven't opened any emails from Nebula and haven't used their services. Nebula customer support has told me to wait for Paypal's resolution, and visa versa. Nobody is interested in helping out the poor scammed consumer.
